I went out to the beach to clear my head when I saw a girl about 17 sitting all by herself and she looked like she was crying. I walked over and sat down next to her, "Hey you okay?"
She turned towards me and she was definitely crying. "No..."
I pulled her into a hug, "It's okay you have me now. I'm Matthew Espinosa."
"Thanks and I'm Dakota McMunn."
"You're so beautiful, you shouldn't be crying."
"I know you're lying so you should just tell me the truth right now. It's a prank, just let everyone in school come out and take pictures of me crying so it can go viral."
"It's not a joke I swear Dakota," I couldn't believe this, people pulled pranks on her?
"It's not a trick?"
"No why would you think that?"
"Because it always is, whenever I meet a gorgeous guy and we start hanging out and dating it turns out that it's a prank. The last time it happened a picture of me crying went viral."
"Aww I'm sorry Kota. Wait, you think I'm gorgeous?" I said while wiggling my eyebrows.
She laughed, "Yea I do. Whatcha gonna do bout it?"
"This." I started to tickle her and she kept trying to kick me.
"STAHPP!"
"Okay okay." I sat up straight.
"Well it's getting kind of dark don't you think?"
"Yea, do you want me to walk you home?"
"Sure, I live in that neighborhood over there." She said pointing to my neighborhood.
"OMG I LIVE THERE TOO!"
"Haha okay let's go."
We walked down the street talking and laughing when we passed my house.
"Hey that's my house!" I said pointing to it.
"That's your house?!? I live right there!" She said pointing to the house next to Tyler's.
"Omg my sister's best friend lives right next to you."
"Oh cool what's his name?"
"Tyler."
"TYLER OAKLEY?!?"
"Yep."
"Oh my fucking god."
"Well I think I should go now."
"Wait I didn't get your number!" Damn this girl is smooth.
"Okay." I put my contact in her phone as 🍉Matchu🍉. I looked at my phone, she put herself as ❄️Kota❄️. Wow I think I have a crush on her already. We said our goodbyes and I walked inside. I saw Tyler and Jade watching Netflix so I just went in my room and laid down while watching the ceiling. Dakota's eyes, her smile, her laugh, how she fangirls, everything about her makes me happy.
