Sam's POV
I can't believe I was going to even try to ask her out. Of course Kian got to her first. He always took the girls I wanted, it's always been that way. Even when we were kids. I rubbed my temples shutting my eyes tightly. Here they come again.
*flashback*
sam's pov (13 years)
I let out the deep breath I had been holding in and walked up to the blonde haired, brown eyed beauty by the name of Jamie Kilner. This was it, I was gonna be a man. I covered her eyes with my hands smiling, "Guess who?"
I heard her melody giggle, "Um I don't know who?"
I looked at her, "It's Sam silly goose." I smiled looking into her dark brown eyes. I laced my hands together behind my back, "So, there's something I want to ask you." I lightly kicked my feet against the floor.
"What is it?" she leaned against the wall.
Taking a deep, shaky breath I spoke, "W-will you go to the homecoming dance with me?" I forced a tiny smile to make up for the stutter.
Her eyes widened and she looked guilty. She twitted her thumbs and looked at her feet, "Sam..." Kian walks up next to her and places his arm snug around her shoulders.
"What're you doing Sam?"
I froze. I knew exactly what was going on. "You two are dating aren't you?" I accused furrowing my brow and swallowed the lump in my throat.
"I-I-" Jamie stuttered.
"-Yes we are," he smiled and squeezed her closer to him.
I got a burning anger inside of my chest, "How could you Kian?!" I pushed his chest.
He removed his arm from around her and clenched his jaw, "What're you doing Sam."
I shouted, "You knew I was planning on asking Jamie out and you had the nerve to go and ask her to date you!" I pushed him again, this time he jerked backwards a bit. He shook his head and threw his arm towards me, his fist colliding with my nose. I yelled out in surprise and agony, stumbling back into the lockers behind me. I tried to blink my eyes to clear the tears but the pain was unbearable. The only thing I could see was Kian yet again wrapping his arm around Jamie and walking away. Leaving me there in pain.
*flashback end*
He's not gonna get away so easily this time. And this time, he'll be the one hurting.

I'm gonna start trying to visit more often so I can use their computer to update more often like I said in my author's note so you guys aren't hung out to dry.
