Kian's POV
I woke up. My head feeling immensely dizzy. My temples felt like they were getting beat in. A swirling sickness was strong in my stomach. I was in a baby blue room. A man with dark ringlets for hair was sitting in one of the two chairs. I was confused. Who was this man? Why am I here? Why do I feel so sick?
The man noticed I was awake and his eyes widened, "Kian?! You're awake!"
I raised an eyebrow, "Who's Kian? Why am I here?"
"The doctor said you might have minor amnesia from how hard you hit the ground. You accidentally took the wrong medicine and went into a coma."
"How long was I out?"
"3 months."
Jade's POV
I got the call about Kian 3 months ago. I didn't go to the hospital. I couldn't. After what I did, I can't look at him. I feel horrible. He tried to commit suicide over me. After I ran out of the house that day, I stayed at a motel close to my house. I realized I couldn't pay for another night after staying there for two weeks and went home. I had 34 messages on my machine. All from Justin, Matthew, and Tyler. They were all asking about where the hell I was. I called Matthew and Tyler, telling them I was fine and I was sorry for scaring them. I never called Justin back though. Now, looking back to 3 months ago, I should've gone to the hospital at least once. I called Justin, no answer. I left him a message.
"Hey Justin. It-" I sighed. "It's Jade. I wanna know where Kian is so if you could call me back that's be great."
I walked around my house. I hadn't cleaned it since I got back 3 months ago. I couldn't bare to go through all the emotions over again. My phone rang.
It was Justin.
He told me where Kian was and I got into my car immediately. I drove. I drove until I reached the hospital. I got out, locking my car. I swore under my breath, I should've gotten flowers or something. I shook the thought away and jogged inside. It took forever for the woman to get to the desk.
"Kian Lawley," I said out of breath.
"135."
I've never ran up stairs so fast in my life. I reached room 135 and my heart dropped into my stomach. I placed my hand over the cold handle of the door. I pushed open the heavy wooden door. I was breathless. There he laid. Pale, skinny, and unhealthy. I broke out in tears and ran over to him. I planted a warm kiss on his cold lips. He gripped my arms and moved me back. "Who are you?" He was confused.
My heart shattered into a million pieces. My hand shot up over my mouth and tears streamed down my cheeks. I turned away, running out on him for the second time. I heard footsteps follow behind me. I turned around to find Justin. "He has minor amnesia Jade. He can't help it."
I ran my hands through my hair. I pulled it angrily,"The person I love doesn't know me."
