*4 months later*
Kians POV
Jade and I have been going on a lot of dates recently. I sat down on the couch beside Jade and wrapped my arm around her.
*flashback*
I balled my hands up into fists and slammed them against my head at an alarming rate. My head pounded and ached, but I didn't care. I ran downstairs and opened Jade's medicine cabinet. I grabbed the heart pills and the Benadryl. I took one of the heart pills and one of the Benadryl. I felt my legs go numb and my head start to spin. Shit I forgot to say goodbye to Jc. I called him but before I could hear him answer I fell to the ground. I heard the words, "Kian? Kian what's up?"
I replied, "I'm leaving, goodb-" My world went black before I could finish.
*flashback end*
Jade was crouched in front of me, "Kian are you okay baby? Why are you crying?"
When she said that i could finally feel the tears streaming down my face. She wrapped her small arms around me. I collapsed into her arms. I felt ashamed. A grown man crying into a girl's arms. I had actually tried to commit suicide over her. I finally remembered how much I love her. I cupped her cheeks and laid a tender, passionate kiss on her beautiful lips. "Jade?"
"Yes?" she stared deeply into my eyes.
"Be mine?"
"Of course," she smiled kissing me.

Jade's POV
My heart fluttered. I am Kian's and he is mine. I went to fix lunch and saw Matthew eating ice cream.
"Tsk tsk tsk. Have you eaten anything other than junk food?"
"Yeah," he rolls his eyes. "I ate a slice of turkey earlier."
I rolled my eyes, "You need to eat Matt."
"I just told you I did. And what's up with you and kian lately?"
"I told you about this. He lost his memory-"
"-trying to kill himself."
"Yes. But he's been having flashbacks lately because he's gaining his memory back. He remembers the attempt, our relationship, and his family."
"But what about that guy you told me about? The one that walked in on you and kian swallowing each other's tongues? His name was Stephen, Seth or something."
"It was Sam and I haven't forgotten about him. I haven't seen him since then."
"He could be plotting," he teased.
"Oh shut up."
" I'm not joking. What if he's plotting a way to get Kian out of the picture so he can be with you?"
"You're so full of it Matt," I rolled my eyes and grabbed two sodas. I walked into the living room and gave Kian a soda. Right when I sat down the doorbell rang.
"I'll get it," Kian said getting up.
I smiled and pecked him on the cheek, "Thank you baby."
He opened the door wider, letting in the purple haired girl named Dakota. "Hey Jade!" She waved.
"Hey Dakota. Matt's in the kitchen."
"Actually I came to talk to you. Can we talk in private?" She laced her hands together.
"Sure." We headed upstairs into Kian and I's room. She sat across from me and looked down at her hands.
"It's me and Matt. We said I love you. Now I don't know what to do. We haven't been taking as much and when we do he's, different. His voice is monotone, his eyes are squinted, and he doesn't even want to touch me." She sighed, "I don't know what's wrong with him.
I pondered these symptoms. The way he was acting this morning was suspicious. "Maybe we should ask Kian."

"It sounds like he's doing some kind of drug. Jc does these things whenever he's high. It upsets his girlfriend Hailey. He acts like he has no interest in her. She's in the same situation you are Dakota."
She looked at us shocked. She probably never thought of this. Her eyes started to water. I hugged her as she cried, "What're we gonna do? If we drug test him and it's positive then we yell at him and he still does it. We can't make him stop."
"We will try."

Matt's POV
I pulled up to Tex's house. It was always quiet in this part of town. When I got inside Tex and I went up to his room. He rolled up a fat blunt and handed it to me.
"So what's up Matt?" He inhaled.
I coughed out smoke, "Nothing much. My girl's been on me cause 'I don't love her'. I do it's just I'm so fucking stressed out right now."
"I get how you feel man. Chicks are fucking annoying."
"Like she's annoying at times but I still love her. She's awesome."
"How exactly is she awesome?" He smirks.
"Not like that. The time hasn't come for that yet. She's funny, a gamer, beautiful, responsible, and she's a great singer," I smile thinking about her.
"Then why does she think you don't love her?"
"When I'm high and I'm around her I don't want her to notice so I try to look at her as little as possible and I don't get close to her so she can't smell it on me."
"Well seems like you need some of this," he held up a bottle. The name 'Blunt Block' written across it.
He handed it to me, "What does it do?"
"You spray it on you and it removes the smell of weed on you."
"So if I spray this on me she won't be able to smell it on me?"
"Nope."
"Sweet man. Thanks."
"No problem."
We finished up and I headed on my way. I stopped by McDonald's on the way home and picked up some food for Dakota and I. I picked her up a chocolate milkshake and me a strawberry one. I picked up a movie, skittles, onesies, and some ice cream from Walmart. When I walked inside it was quiet except for the TV running. I walked up the stairs.
"Kota?" I yelled. "Babe?"
She yelled back from my room, "In here." I walked inside to see her under my blankets with cartoons on the TV.
I smiled holding up the bags, "surprise!" I sat the bags down and handed her the milkshakes. "Just a little lazy movie night for you and I."
Halfway into the movie I heard snoring. I looked down to find her curled away from me asleep. I moved everything off of the bed and turned off the TV, curling beside her and letting sweet slumber overtake me.

This chapter is vvv long lol. It was 1099 words. That's the most words I've put in a chapter. I really like this book so far. To think I started the first chapter may 4th 2016. So I'm gonna do something where I ask a question and whoever gives the funniest answer or the one I like the most I'll shout them out each chapter.
