The next day I wasn't working so I went to go get her something

She wanted to spend the rest of her life with me and so did I so I wanted us to get married.
I bought the most beautiful one with a diamond on it and got the most expensive one I could afford and waited at home for her.
That whole day I waited and I didn't see her. I was so upset. Did I upset her? Did I make her mad? Did something happen? Many questions popped into my head I didn't know what to think.
Until that night a purple light beamed in my living room and I saw Alexander. He was way taller than me with black hair and purple eyes just as I saw him last.
"Alex?"
"Scrooge McDuck. I haven't seen you in a while."
"Why are you here?"
"Someone stole the Shadow sword and I was wondering if you and Sophie could help me find it."
"I don't know where she is right now but I can help you right now. I don't have a lot to do right now."
"Ok well, I just assumed she would be with you that's all well you'll have to do."
He used the powers I didn't even know he had to create a portal.
"Did you know me and Sophie were related?"
"Yes, I did we learned a lot about Leonardo and Alexandria your great grandmother."
"Yeah, what?"
"Well, she created a monster and Leonardo had to sacrifice himself."
He looks at his hands "Really?"
I put my hand on his shoulder "You'll be fine lad I know you would your better than she was."
"Thanks, scrooge."
We walked to his house and found the Stolls greeting me with open arms
"Oh, Scrooge!!" Clara said hugging me "Where is Sophie?"
"She's not here right now," I said holding the ring tight in my pocket.
"Well at least we have you looking for it with Alexander." she said "A couple of weeks ago the sword went missing and we haven't seen it since."
"Where was the last time you had it, Alex?" I asked
"In my bedroom, I always have it underneath my bed one day it just wasn't there."
I looked through his bedroom and his whole family looked through the whole village nothing.
"Alex, would anyone want your sword?" I asked
"Not that I know of no one could grab it without having their greatest nightmare coming true."
"Yeah, that's true," I said thinking
Who would want it? That sword is powerful but I have no idea who would want it.
"Alex I have an idea."
He turned around from talking to his parents
"I know someone who might know where your sword is."
