You assist Riki in getting on his unit, which is difficult due to his weight, but you still manage to guide him down the hallway while holding his waist and his arms on your shoulder.

"Don't worry, Riki, we're almost to your unit."

You were about to take his card key from his pocket when you were startled by the phone call that's when you realized you hadn't told Jay what had happened, so you answered the phone while holding Riki.

[Where are you? It's already late at night. I'll pick you up.] Jay says, concerned.

"I'm already here, but I'm with Riki. Could you please assist me for a moment, Jay? Let's help him get inside." you say but Jay remains silent.

Jay fell silent for a moment before you could hear his heavy breathing.

"Jay, are you still there?" you ask when he no longer responds.

[Yeah, I'll go there, wait a second,] he said over the phone.

"All right," you said.

After a few moments. When you saw Jay leave your condo, you smiled at him, and he smiled back, but it wasn't the usual smile he always gave you. Jay grabbed Riki on you before you tapped his key card, and when you got inside, Jay placed him on his couch while you roomed your eyes on his condo, this is the first time you enter there. The interior is absolutely stunning.

"Did you meet him halfway?" Jay asks, reason why your focus drawn to him.

"Nope, his classmate called me and I picked him up in the pub, I'm sorry for not answering your call earlier," you say, because you don't want to lie to him, you tell him everything, and he nods with a slight smile on his lips.

"I Understand," he said.

"Let's go, let him rest," he said as he took your hand in his.

You left Riki there, but you make sure that he was safe. Maybe you'll talk to him tomorrow. When you both returned to your unit, you noticed Estelle sleeping, so you kissed her goodnight before going to Jay.

"Jay," you stated.

He casts a glance at you.

"Hmm?"
"Are you all right?"

"I'm fine, don't worry about me," he replied.

You don't understand, but you have the impression that something is bothering him. And you're not numb to believe that he simply ignored what he saw earlier. So you get his hand on the table, which is why he looks at you.

"Believe me, Riki is just a friend I hope you don't interpret my help to him in any other way because the only people I love are you and Estelle," you told him.

"I love you." you say.

"I love you even more," he replied.

It was early in the morning when your phone beep. It was a message from Riki.

[Hey, Chad says you helped me get home, thank you.] he said on the chat.

You quickly respond to him.

[You're welcome, but Jay also helped me in you,] you replied.

[Oh, I didn't expect it, but please send my thanks to him] he responded.

[No problem,] you say, and send him a heart reaction.

Jay moved next to you and you felt him hug you from behind while Estelle was on your other side. You had the feeling that Jay smelled your hair.

"It's early in the morning, I thought you didn't have any work today," Jay asked, not letting go of the hug.
