Chapter 24: Keep Fighting!

Everyone in their stations...were going down one by one..

just then everyone got a message on their phone

"Mizuki is d.."

"Momose is down."

Tsubanki fought off Genji Sugichi, while his vice captains fought off the other enemies, Eno and Tenjin Shimada on the Main Street.
"We can't keep doing this! We are getting beaten down one by one.."
He said more to himself.

Hiragi faught a wanna be Noroshi on the bridge, holding his own winning the battle in a breeze.

"Hiragi, sir! They've broken through the park!"
Matsumoto yells to him as his eyes go wide.

"Hiragi take a bunch of guys and head over there, we have the rest here.."
He says to Higari with a determined smile as he stands his ground showing just how serious he is. Without hesitation Hiragi leaves.

Addie stands on the rooftop for the school with her brother looking out having a feeling of unsettlement..
she then gets a message and looks at her phone, her heart drops into her stomach

Kusumi:
O

Addies eyes went wide as she looked over to her brother. He frites his teeth, hands still in his pocket.
"Kajis in trouble..isn't he?"

Addie clenched her phone and made a phone call.
"Commence operation secure, NOW!"
And she hung up. As she started to walk to the stairs, Ume started to talk to her not moving from his position.

"Be careful sis.."

She continued to walk, anger and determination in her eyes.

We were holding our ground with these guys, it was true.. these guys were just the decoys but damn... 'there's way too many of them, it's never fucking ending' I thought to myself as I looked around at all the enemies.

As we punched down the numbers little by little we heard someone..
"That one there....and that one too... hmm I was hoping to see one of the other two here... what a shame.. maybe they will show up..these guys will do until then.."

We all turned to see who the hell was talking and there he was... Kanon Banjo..walking.. biting on his finger while talking nonsense. If anyone had a creepy presence it would be this guy!

I grit my teeth and clench my hands.

"Of all the damn guys to show up....it had to be him.."
Enomoto said with a scared look on his face.

"Enomoto... that's the guy Addalynn told us about right?.."

"Yeah..that's the guy working with Endo and Tashikii.. the next strongest from them."

Kaji remember back to Addie talking to him, Enomoto, and Kusumi at the house..

💭 "listen guys.. I have analyzed every possible outcome of this war. I am certain where most of the Noroshi members will be.. but I need you all to listen. There is someone almost as strong as Endo and Tashikii, his name is Kanon Banjo. What ever you do send that O message before engaging.."
I clench my jaw at her words
She then used sign language to Kusumi..---"Damn it.." I said aloud but I wish I knew how to read sign language.

I said to him as my head turned towards him

Just as Kusumi went to send the message we turned to look and Banjo was there in our faces already throwing the first punches.
All three of us went back, bloody noses, and Kusumi's phone falls out of his hand.
The other enemies pass going towards the rest of our comrades.
'DAMN IT!! This is bad..'
"Kusumi whatever you do get that sent!"
I said as Kusumi nods
