While she was cooking, they were talking.
"So, Aly was right, nagkasakit ka nga"
"Hehe oo eh, sobrang hina ko kasi talaga, lalo na pag naulanan, you might think OA pero sobrang totoo, even sobrang sandali lang."
"Alam mo ba, Love woke me up, kaya ko nalaman na may sakit ka?"
"awwww" she looked at him with teary eye "she did?" she held her chest
"Uhum" He nodded
"Thank you tho. If it weren't for you baka sobrang lala pa ngayon ng lagnat ko"
"No worries, just take care next time"
"So how's your stay so far? Comfortable ka ba?" She asked.
"More than okay, actually iniisip ko nga na mas well fed pa ako dito kaysa kung saamin ako inabutan ng bagyo" He chuckled
"Does your friends know na nandito ka? Sa unit ko?"
"Yeah, I told them naman. Bakit? Is that okay lang ba?"
"Hmm, yeah, oo naman." She smiled
" Juan" She paused "Don't talk too much about me ha"
" H-ha?"
"Wala lang, last time na topic kasi ako sa GC ng guys, inoobjectify nila ako and, basta, it was so painful to read that"
"Oh" He said "You can read mine naman, I just told them na I'm staying with you and they said some things like, I'm lucky to be stuck with a beautiful girl na pinagluluto pa ako"
"Sus, si Thomas Edison ka pala eh"
"Kasi inventor?" He asked, "Ayan oh, see, Miguel says I'm lucky raw, and that" He paused
"And what?" She looked at his screen
"He said to be careful kasi mukhang traumatized ka pa kay Carlo"
"Huh?" She laughed
"It is well known kaya, Like, everybody knew"
"Totoo ba?!"
"Oo ah, don't worry, everybody's on your side naman"
"I don't need anyone on my side, besides, it's over and done na. Words have been said and things were done. So, yeah"
"Gano na nga katagal?" He asked
"Hmm more than a year na yun, but still fresh pa din sa iba" She laughed "Minsan pag dumaraan ako, naririnig ko pa din"
" Ohh, it's okay, I don't need anyone on my side tho., mas weird pa na alam nila" She cringed.
" Are you comfortable talking about that na?" Juan checked.
"Hmm, oo naman. Besides, everybody moved on naman na din. Wala naman na yung point if I'll let it affect me pa."
" Bakit kasi di ka nagsalita?"
"Kasi yun pa nga lang yung kumalat, grabeng damage na yung nangyari, and to be honest, I really don't think I needed to explain pa kasi di naman sila yung naka experience nun first hand, so kahit anong sabihin ko, wala naman silang magagawa. And they are entitled to their own opinion. So bakit pa?"
" Ang lala kasi"
" Oo ah, but that's okay"
"Legit? Okay na kayo?"
" Yes, kuya took care of it" She winked
" Ohhh so sinumbong mo? " He asked
" No ah, nakarating lang din sakanya, it's all over facebook, twitter. So pano ko pa itatago?"
