Days had likely passed, though it was impossible to tell. The room was sealed off from any natural light, leaving you unable to discern between night and day. There was no sign of rescue, no news from the outside world. The sedatives they administered kept you in a constant state of helplessness, making it impossible to fight back against their cruel experiments.

Your eyes fluttered open, heavy with the lingering effects of the drugs. A sharp, tingling pain pierced your brain intermittently. You noticed that your right eye twitched uncontrollably, its iris transformed into a swirling white prism that glowed faintly in the darkness. Your other eye, thankfully, remained unchanged.

As you struggled to focus, your eyes roamed the dimly lit room. The absence of the mad scientists provided a fleeting sense of relief. But that relief quickly gave way to shock as you saw a familiar face.

(Y/Bff) was encased in a large cylindrical chamber, her form slightly altered into a humanoid kaiju. The sight of her, transformed and trapped, sent a wave of despair crashing over you.

You had witnessed many teenagers die or transform into kaijus, their bodies failing to withstand the cruel experiments. Thankfully, the kidnappings had ceased, as five candidates had succeeded in the experiment—and you were one of them. You were the first to achieve perfect compatibility with the fragment of the Goddess they aimed to create, able to control the immense power within you.

You thought about your family, worry gnawing at your heart. Were they still alive? Was Kikoru safe? And what about Hoshina—would he still see you as human? As someone he can love? You were no longer fully human, but a hybrid, a fusion of kaiju and human DNA. Though you had survived, the cost was immense: you had become part of kaiju.

You cried, an overwhelming sense of despair shrouding you. As your tears fell, a shadow of a familiar creature flickered in the periphery of your mind—it was the kaiju that lived within you like a parasite. Its presence was unsettling, with a creeping smile that seemed to mock your anguish. It constantly urged you to sing, a demand you stubbornly ignored.

The creature's voice echoed in your head, persistent and maddening. You somehow managed to silence it temporarily, but it was always stubborn, always returning.

"Shut up," you commanded, your voice trembling with frustration. Miraculously, the creature obeyed, its voice ceasing for the moment. You sighed in relief, grateful for the brief respite. Yet, you knew it would not be long before it returned, its incessant demands resuming.

"You can't silence me forever," it whispered in a taunting tone, reappearing with renewed vigor. "Why do you resist? We are one now."

"I will never be one with you," you replied fiercely, clenching your fists. "You are nothing but a parasite."
