That mid-day Aegon had been shaken awake by his half angry and half upset mother. He did not bother to notice her presence. His purple eyes fluttered open, a painful groan slipping past his slightly parted lips. He yawned with annoyance, turning onto his back as he took notice of his mother.

"Must you always be so incompetent?" Alicent hissed angrily, pulling the covers away from her eldest son's body.

Aegon groaned once again, slowly sitting up from the bed as he rubbed his eyes with his hands lazily.

"What is it now, mother?" He grumbled, still recovering from all the wine he had consumed the night before in the Flea Bottom.

"You were meant to be at the dragon pit an hour ago. I sent a maid to wake you. Clearly that failed," Hissed Alicent, shaking her head at his insolence.

"Oh, the servant girl? I sent her away," Aegon grinned playfully at his mother without care.

The green Queen shot him a stern glare. The poor woman sighed out, rubbing her hands against her velvet green gown in annoyance.

"Get dressed and go, immediately," Ordered Alicent to her eldest son, swiftly walking away from the bed, high heeled shoes making a sharp sound on the stone floor as she left Aegon's chambers without another word.

The young prince rolled his eyes once again, before falling back into his pillows with a loud groan.

Aemma watched with annoyance as her eldest brother Jace was waiting for his dragon to be brought out into the dragon pit and that he could force his young dragon to get into submission under his commands.

"Let him come," The dragon keeper motioned for the men to bring his young green dragon closer. It was absolutely boring for Aemma, before she was way past this with Vermithor.

The light green dragon came closer and closer to the Targaryen children, making Jacaerys to hold up his hand, "Stop."

The dragon immediately stopped, looking down at his future rider curiously. Vermax then kept moving towards Jacaerys, making the dark haired prince back up once again, "Stop."

Vermax sank to the ground doing as Jacaerys said.

"Well done, my prince," Praised him one of the dragon keepers and the poor grot was brought into the dragon pit. Vermax's attention went straight away from his future rider and onto the animal. He moved closer to the goat.
