••••Prologue:

••••As the first century of the Targaryen dynasty came to a close, the health of the Old King, Jaehaerys, was failing.
In those days, House Targaryen stood at the height of its strength with ten adult dragons under its yoke. No power in the world could stand against it.
King Jaehaerys reigned over nearly 60 years of peace and prosperity. But tragedy had claimed both his sons, leaving his succession in doubt. So, in the year 101, the Old King called a Great Council to choose an heir.
Over a thousand lords made the journey to Harrenhal. Fourteen succession claims were heard but only two were truly considered: Princess Rhaenys Targaryen, the King's eldest descendant, and her younger cousin, Prince Viserys Targaryen, the King's eldest male descendant.
Rhaenys, a woman, would not inherit the Iron Throne. The lords instead chose Viserys… my father.
Jaehaerys called the Great Council to prevent a war being fought over his succession. For he knew the cold truth.
The only thing that could tear down the House of the Dragon... was itself.

Only fifteen summers old girl, with beautiful long white hair and lavender purple eyes dressed into a thin light pink dress stood on the balcony what belonged to her large chambers, thinking about her life.
Her older brother, only living member of her family was selling her off to some man who she did not know, because he wanted his army and with that army he wanted to get them back home. Back into Westeros.
Her name was Daenerys, Daenerys Targaryen. But history will remember her as the Mother of Dragons.

"Daenerys! There’s our bride to be!" Called out Viserys, Daenerys older brother as he made his way into her chambers without knocking.
With taking a deep breath Daenerys made her way back into the chamber to come face to face with her brother. He was a handsome guy, no one can say otherwise and Daenerys was growing up with thoughs that one day she will be his wife. As was expected from her as a Targaryen, but no. Viserys has other plans for her.
"Brother," Breathed out Daenerys, forcing a smile to form her her pale face as she looked up at Viserys.
"Look," Encouraged her Viserys and held out a pale grey fabric that he had over his forearm, "A gift from Illyrio," He added.
"Touch it. Come on. Feel the fabric," Encouraged her Viserys once again as Daenerys did not move to do so.
"It's beautiful," Smiled Daenerys as tips of her slightly shaking fingers touched that light fabric.
"Mmmm," Hummed Viserys as he tossed that fabric onto the nearby chair, before he pulled a small box out of the pocket of his long coat.
"I have something for you," Spoke up Viserys once again and handed Daenerys that small, wooden box.
"What's that?" Asked Daenerys curiously. She was not used to this kind version of her brother.
"Open it," Rolled his eyes Viserys with excitement in his dark purple eyes, that was not usual for him he nodded his head towards the box.
"Gods," Breathed out Daenerys as she opened that box and into her view came beautiful necklace, with some pendant and small red gem.
"It was our ancestors. Made from Valyrian steel," Explained Viserys to her and pulled that necklace out of the box.
"Turn," Ordered Viserys, so Daenerys did so. Turning her back to her brother and letting him put a necklace around her neck. It was cold and heavy.
"Our ancestor Queen Aemma got it from her mother Princess Rhaenyra as a wedding gift. According to our father, she had it from her uncle Prince Daemon," Explained Viserys to Daenerys and pressed a kiss to his little sister's forehead.
"Do you remember what happened to them, right?" Asked her Viserys, testing how her education was going.
"Yes," Mumbled out Daenerys, nodding slightly.
"If you don't want another Dance of the Dragons, you will do as I say," Reminder her Viserys and then finally left. Leaving Daenerys to her thoughts.

And eight years later will Daenerys die with that necklace around her neck. Making her the last person who wore that necklace. Because with her body certain necklace disappeared. And if you did not find it, it's lost till now.
