1 week later...

"The house is pretty cool...Yeap I'm eating well...Yes dad I'm eating my medicine...Uh-huh...You can throw those out I don't need them anymore...Araseo, I'll visit you and step monster- I mean step mom ...Love you too!" I shove the phone into the pocket of my new skirt and let a sigh escape my lips. This is like the 100th call from dad since I reached Incheon.

"Eunbi! Hurry up you'll be late for school!" Oma shouts from the kitchen outside. I look into the mirror again. I adjust the red bow on my collar and brush my hair once more. I can't believe I'm using make up; a thin line of eyeliner and mascara to 'make my eye look brighter'. Oma forced me. I grab my bag and run out of my room. The new house smells like vanilla since Oma sprayed vanilla scented disinfector like EVERYWHERE. She walks out of the kitchen and sets a plate of pancakes coated with honey down on the table. I sit down and she sits opposite me.

"Are you excited for your first day of school?" Oma says as she jabs her fork into her pile of pancakes.

"Not really. This is like my 3rd school already. I'll meet new people and it'll all be the same."

Eunbi! Pass the ball over!

I push out the guys's voices out of my mind, for the millionth time.

"That's relieving. I'm already enjoying life in Incheon. Seoul was so suffocating." She stuffs a forkful of pancake into her mouth and I chuckle.

"You didn't know what i've been through."

Here I go again.

"Annyeonghaseyo, jeoneun Eunbi imnida." I bow and the class claps. I walk up to my seat at the back, beside a girl who had bangs and straight silky black hair. She turns to me and smiles.

"Annyeong, I'm Seunghee," she lets out her hand and waits for me to shake it. I won't make the same mistake twice. I remember how Bomi let out her hand and how I ignored it. I'll leave my past behind and start anew.

I reach out for her hand and shake it, "Nice to meet you."

"Great." She flashes me a smile. I slowly put my hands away. I scan the classroom and a group of boys were eyeing me. They smile shyly and I hear Seunghee sigh.

"Ignore them; they are always so annoying around pretty girls. I feel your pain." She says while rolling her eyeballs. I laugh and it's true though, Seunghee is really pretty. Her eyes look serious and she look cold but I could tell she's rather intelligent.

"So, what do you do for fun? Sports or anything?" She turns to me and furrows her eyebrows in curiosity.

Basketball, I play basketball. "Nope, I'm not a sports person. I like reading though."

"I'm not a sports person or neither a reader but I think we can still hang out." She lets out a small laugh and I smile gratefully at her. Suddenly, a girl comes bustling into the classroom.

"Seunghee unnie! Look!" She says almost too loud. She had loose pigtails and puffy cheeks. She shoves her phone to Seunghee's face which she grumbles annoyingly and snatches it. I peek over her shoulders to see what the fuss is about.

"Ah, the boys are so handsome! I want to go to Seoul." The pigtail girl whines. I look closer to the picture...its BTS. It's a picture from the first match with Raven. Thank god I wasn't in it. I see everyone smiling so happily and my eyes stops at Yoongi. His gummy smile makes my heart shatter into pieces.

"Ya, you fancy this kind of boys?" Seunghee says, snapping me back into reality.

"Ani! It's just fascinating." I reply while rubbing the back of my neck.

"Oh, nuguseyo? " The pigtail girl asks.

"I'm a transfer student from Seoul. I'm Eunbi."

"Seoul?! Perhaps, you know these boys?!"

Yes, I know them... I know them very well. "I never met them but they're really popular."

"Ya, my lessons gonna start." Seunghee gestures the pigtail girl to leave and she pouts her lips, stepping out of the classroom.

I rest my chin on the table and heave a sigh. I guess forgetting ain't as easy as I thought it will be.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

I lie on my bed while staring into blank space thinking. First day of school went well, much better than the previous. I pick up my phone and begin surfing the net. Unexpectedly, the webpage where schedules of the upcoming match is still open in one of the tabs. My finger carelessly taps the refresh button and I wait. Then, the page refreshes, showing me sets of new schedule. Oh, I missed BTS's 3rd match. My stomach begins to tense up. Did they win? I scroll upwards and check the score.

BTS won by 9.

A smile crept up my face and I let out a small air fist. My eyes narrows to the schedule again. Oh gosh their final is in 6 days! The feeling of enthusiasm begins building up in me and I feel like I'm on top of the world, only to realize that doing this won't help me leave the past.

"Pabo Eunbi," I knock my head with the balls of my fist. Suddenly, Oma walks in and lowers her eyebrows at me.

"Gwenchana? You look bothered." She says as she makes her way to my bed, sitting at the edge. I sit up and cross my feet.

"Oma, what do you do if you leave the people you love behind without saying proper goodbye?"

She purse her lips and put on a thinking expression, "I'll be pretty mad at myself."

"Wae-o?"

"Because I'm acting like a coward." She looks at me directly in the eye as if she knew I was talking about myself. "If I left them without saying anything, I'm running away, aren't I?"

"But what if I'm doing it for the-"

"For the best?" She interrupts me and then waves her finger in disapproval. "Look, what's best about leaving the people you care about without a word? You'll only hurt them and there is no use to that. If you want to end it, you should do it properly and not by running."

And she's right. She is so right. Damn, why are mother's always right? I shouldn't have left them. I should have cheered them on..My team...Yoongi. Regrets really is the most painful thing ever.

And i'm gonna change that.

A/N: Yoongi POV will be in the next chapter so please anticipate~
