Eunsol POV
"Min Eunsol! Min Yunghwa! Paliwa!"
Oma's voice boom across the house. Aish! It's my first day of high school and I'm about to be late.
I comb my wavy brown hair once more and tie it up in a high ponytail, letting my bangs fall out. I pick up my bag and dart put off my room.
The house smells like pancakes and sweet honey, I have to stop myself from drooling. I take a seat across Yunghwa oppa who is too engrossed in his book. Even though we're twins, he is total opposite of me.
I love basketball and fitness but he is so into books and literature, which probably makes girls like him even more since they claim for him to be 'extremely gorgeous'. Ew.
"Uwah, my princess is so pretty!" Oma walks past me and takes a seat, patting my head along the way. Her hair was tied back into a low lazy ponytail and her face fresh with light makeup.
"Where is appa?" I ask as I put a few pancakes onto my plate.
Just then, the door opens and appa walks in."Oh mianhe," he shuffles his feet to us. He plants a kiss on oma's forehead before sitting down. They're so open and sweet towards each other. I admire their love. Best part, they dated since high school...saying something about meeting each other in the sports team. Can't believe they stick with each other for more than 14 years now.
"Appa, I think I need a new book shelf." Oppa says without pulling his eyes away from the book in his hands.
"A new one? You already have like 2! Why not a punching bag or something? "
"Jagi!" Oma hisses at appa. I laugh at the three of them.
Oma puts a forkful of pancake into her mouth before saying, "Of course you can have a new book shelf. Just don't forget to clean up after your own mess." Oppa looks up and a smile forms on his face.
"Are you going to the company again?" Appa says as he pours honey all over his pancakes.
"Uh huh. Today we'll plan on my book cover. I'm excited I think I'll throw up!"
"Oma I'm eating..." Oppa whispers and Oma laughs.
Oma has been working on her books for ages now. She's so passionate about writing. She tells me how she loves reading as a teenager. I guess that's where Oppa gets his trait from.
Appa suddenly holds onto oma's hands and exchange smiles. "Kids, today we'll be opening up something so be sure to come by."
Oppa and I grin from ear to ear.
"Ok we'll come."
~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~
We were finally released from the entrance speech and we had a 30 minutes break before going for first period. I walk down the hallways while holding on to the strap of my bag tighter. I feel awkward walking this narrow sweaty packed noisy aisle alone. Aish! Where is oppa!? I'll burn him later for leaving me behind.
It is so crowded and I am feeling more annoyed then I should be. Just then, a guy accidentally shoves into me and I bump into the next guy, causing the both of us to trip over and the stack of books in his hands to topple off.
"Moya! Watch your way fish brain!" he says coldly, crouching down to pick up his books. I scoff and push myself to my feet, blowing away a loose strand of hair away from my face.
"Aigo, sorry princess-nim for causing you to drop your books but it's not my fault this place is crowded with people." I taunt through gritted teeth. If there's one thing I'm good at is to get into fights. Oma scolds me for doing so but she always tell me it's normal. Is it, really?
He turns his head and faces me with cold lazy eyes. His lips were thin and his skin was so pale.
"What d'you say?"
"Before you call people names, think twice who you're talking to." I threaten him while pushing my elbow forward, causing him to flinch with a sour look on his face. The boys behind him kept giggling.
"Ah there you are!" I hear oppa's voice from a distance. He walks up to me and stops, eyeing from me to this weird guy.
"Did you get into a fight again?" he whispers.
I push my fist towards this guys face and bring my head closer, "Don't make me use my fist, ya hear me?."
I walk off and hear oppa's footsteps tailing me.
Oppa finally catches up and walks beside me. He lets out a chuckle before saying, "What are you so worked up about?"
"He called me a fish brain. Hello, do I even look like a fish to you?" I put my hands beside my head and wiggle my fingers to imitate fish gills.
He doesn't really get it by the way he groans while running a hand down his face. "Well good job then, you'll probably have no friends at this rate."
I roll my eyeballs.
"Whatever I don't really care. Come on I'm hungry! lets see if they have cheesecakes!"
A/N: That pic in the top is Eunsol and Yunghwa. Ok byeu :')
