"Run."
He grabs me by the wrist and we sprint away from the alley. I manage to turn my head to catch a glimpse of Wonho, who is still crouching on the ground, holding his jaw right where Jungkook punched him.
Even when we were already under broad daylight, Jungkook is still holding onto my hand tightly, dragging me between crowds of people. I have no idea where he is leading me. He was taller than me so I had to tip toe to peer right through him. Until I see something that make me hold back a choke.
"Jamkkan-man!" I pull Jungkook backwards and he stumbles. I drag him into a bookstore right beside us and we walk in deeper, eventually stopping to hide behind a tall bookshelf.
"What is it?" He whispers anxiously.
"Ani-" I pause to catch my breath, "My chauffer was right ahead of us. If he sees me, I have to go home."
He raises an eyebrow, "What's wrong with that?"
I look up to meet his eyes. I didn't notice how close we are. He had to slump against the bookshelf so I wouldn't have to touch his chest. I back away by a foot step.
"It's nothing." I clear my throat and smooth down my skirt. He nods his head slowly.
"By the way, how did you know I was-"I stop, not knowing how to finish my sentence. Wonho.
"Ah that. I wanted to give you this." He digs into his pocket. I wait for him to fish out whatever he had but just then my chauffeur appears, obviously out of breath.
"Seunghee-shi, you need to go home now. Your father is waiting for you." He says while panting. Jungkook eyes the both of us and looks as if he was the one lost of words.
"Jebal-"
"Now, Seunghee-shi. He will be really mad."
My father will be really mad?
He didn't even come to my graduation. Hah.
I let out a sigh before following him out of the store and into the car. I stare out of the window and see Jungkook standing there with a puzzled expression. Even after the car drives off, I can't help but let my eyes linger around him,
Until he's gone.

Dad top up my credit card as a gift for graduating high school. I used to be so happy when he does, but now I wish he didn't.
He also granted me freedom to hang out by myself tonight; without any men in suits tailing my every step. I'm on my way to Eunbi's house with shopping bags hung on my arms like clothes hung in wardrobe. When I finally reach her house, I pressed the buzzer and the door opens.
"Wah, did you go shopping again?" she says while chewing a mouthful of chips.
I push past her and set my things down. No one seems to be at home apart from her. Eunbi was wearing a green pajamas with her hair pushed back with a fluffy headband. She rummages through my shopping bag and scans every single item.
"Yah, that one is for you." I point to the white Chanel bag with a black ribbon around its handle. She pulls the limited edition silver clutch I bought for her from the bag and widens her eyes in amazement.
"This is for me?"
"Happy graduation. Don't even think of selling it and using the money for food!" I say through gritted teeth. She lets out a small laugh and drags me into the room. Her room is medium sized one with basketball posters taped onto the wall and a punching bag situated by the window.
"Wait here!" She says before rummaging through her cabinet.
I walk around the room and notice something at the table; three boxes of different colors. I lift the lid of all the boxes and look inside.
The yellow box had a jersey with her name on it and the logo BTS at the front.
The green box had a folded map with a note on it. 'Places we want to go with you! Kaja~'.
The red box had polaroids and pictures of Eunbi and her friends, the one who came just now. She looks so...happy. I've never seen her smile so wide. On the Polaroids, the boys took individual shots. I pick up the one with Jungkook in it. I can't help but examine his face. He looks, handsome.
"You like him?" Eunbi peeks over my shoulder and grins at me wickedly. I put down the Polaroid back into the box and cross my arms over my chest.
"Bo?! What is it you want to give me?" I say, changing the subject.
"Tada!" she says excitedly. I take the box from her hand and take out the gift. It's a book.
"I know it isn't as expensive compared to that Chanel clutch but this book is my favorite. Every time I felt lonely in Seoul, I always read this book to pick me up. I may not know what you're going through at home now but everything will be okay." she says softly enough for me to digest. I didn't know if she hug me out of the mood or it was because of the tears falling from my eyes. I didn't sob or cry loudly. I didn't have the energy to do so anymore.
I let my best friend stroke my hair while I pour away all these feelings out. At least someone understands,
At least someone cares.

My stomach is full from eating ramen and tidbits at Eunbi's. Now, I'm walking under the moonlight to the bus stop where I'll probably ask chauffeur-nim to fetch me. I look ahead of me and notice a silhouette of a boy approaching.
It's Jungkook.
The only reason why I knew it was him was because of his outstanding hair in this dark. He waves while jogging to me with a wide smile spread across his face. I stop myself from blushing.
"Noona! Ah, I mean- Seunghee." He says while stopping in front of me.
"I thought you already went back to Seoul...with the rest."
"I have an uncle in Incheon. I'll spend a night here with him before going." He replies, still smiling. He digs into his pocket and pulls out a lipstick. He puts it in my hand gently.
"You left it at the table. I wanted to give it back but the timing was off wasn't it?" he says while scratching his head. I tighten clench my fist harder around the item in my hand.
"Seunghee...gwenchana?" He ask me in a tone so soft, I can almost touch it.
I shake my head and drop my hands to the side. Maybe I need a time off. I don't know what I need to do but going for a mini trip away from home is definitely necessary.
"Ya, let's go somewhere."
