Lunch mostly consisted of small talk and silence, we ate at a little cafe in central down town that I'd never been to before but Harry had insisted it was 'the best'.

Throughout lunch Harry had been doing most of the talking since I thought it would be smart of me to keep my mouth shut. I just didn't want to accidentally bring up his job or something else that he's obviously not okay with sharing. However you could tell that he was slowly getting agitated by my lack of speech.

"Are you going to talk at all? Or are you just going to sit there and look pretty?" There was no hint of playfulness or mockery at all in his tone of voice and it sent a shiver down my spine.

"I'm just you know.. I don't know what to talk about." I somewhat whispered, Harry still didn't seem pleased however so I sucked it up and started a conversation. Completely discarding my previous statement. "So, are you excited about going over to Elysee's place later?" I genuinely was quite curious to know, because I was, and I mean, these are my friends. If Harry can't get along with them, then we could have a serious problem.

"Mmm," Harry quietly hummed, pretending to think over his answer with a devious smirk across his face. "Nah not really," I looked at him in disbelief, almost believing him until her cracked up laughing at me, "I'm just joking! But yeah, it should be pretty chilled out, do they want us to bring over any takeout or anything?"

I shrugged my shoulders, taking a bit out of my blueberry muffin before reaching into the side pocket of my handbag and pulling up our group chat.

Desiree: Hey, does anyone want anything?
Desiree: Takeout? Snacks?

Elysee: I'm kinda feelin Mexican..

Katy: Mm what about Chinese!? I'm craving

"They want Mexican and Chinese." I stated, nodding my head and placing my phone, unlocked, onto the table top. Harry craned his neck over the table to glance at the screen, I presume he found it difficult to read upside down because he picked it up and started reading over the chat. I payed no mind and sipped from my tea.

"We'll get both, do you want anything?" My eyes peered into Harry's over the top of my over sized tea cup, a faint smile graced his features, eyes glittering under the dim lighting.

"What?" I asked, lowering the cup from my face. However Harry's smile only grew bigger and his eyes only shone brighter. Giggling I once again asked "What?"

"You've got a little something here," Harry motioned to his upper lip, a goofy smile carved upon his face.

I could feel my cheeks flushing red but decided to do nothing about it.

"Sorry where?" I once again asked, giggling at the pure joy that's shining off of Harry. Deciding to play along, Harry picked up his milkshake and took a big gulp, surly enough, when he lowered his cup there was a milky mustache above his upper lip.

"Here," He said pointing to his own mustache. He was in hysterics, I don't know why because truthfully it wasn't that funny, but seeing that huge toothy grin and hearing that melodic laugh fall from his rosy lips made me forget why I was even 'fighting' with him in the first place.

"Come here," He motioned me over, wiping away a few tears that had managed to escape due to his little laughing fit. When I stood up I had to tug the back of my skirt down a bit since it had risen a little higher than I'd like it to. As I was sliding in next to Harry, he gripped my waist and pulled me onto his lap, he wrapped one of his arms around me and used the other to reach across the table to grab a few napkins.

At first I felt a bit awkward, sitting on his lap in public and all. But then I realized that I was having too good of a time to care about what anyone around us might have to say.
