The next day came too quickly. Midar, as planned, came to wake up the Boss for work. He reluctantly got out of bed and went to get dressed. When he was ready, he approached the sleeping Aki, looking at her innocent face. His patience has run out. He leaned over her, kissing her on the lips. Aki woke up and opened her eyes. She noticed Takano sitting next to her.

"What are you doing?" She asked sleepily. Takano couldn't help himself. He grabbed the girl's chin and kissed her again. She blushed and stretched her back.

"I'm charging my battery for the rest of the day" He said with a smile, ruffling her hair. "Take care of yourself and don't do stupid things" He added in a much more serious tone, looking into her eyes.

Completely embarrassed, Aki buried her head in the pillow. She couldn't believe what had just happened. She gently touched her lips with her fingers, squeezing her eyes shut and turning red up to her ears.

(He was probably joking with me. After all, he does it all the time...) she told herself. But her imagination had no intention of worrying about something like that, and before she could stop herself, possible situations came to her mind... What if he felt something for her after all...

Suddenly she heard a knock on the door. She stood up, slapped her cheeks to sober herself up, and then went to see who it was. An unknown man was standing in front of her room.

"Midari told you to come downstairs for breakfast because he's temporarily busy" He said, his eyes roaming over her body. Aki barely suppressed a shudder of disgust.

"I'll wait until he comes back. I'm not allowed to go out alone" She explained, trying to stay calm and quickly closed the door before the man could say anything else.

"So she's not that stupid after all" The Japanese muttered as he walked away from the door. There was no one else in the corridor but him, so he allowed his face to contort into a nasty grimace.

Aki immediately realized that something was wrong. She knew Midari wouldn't send a stranger because he was responsible for her. She felt an icy lump of fear growing in her stomach. Trying to calm down, she changed into day clothes and eagerly awaited the arrival of the real bodyguard. Midari didn't show up in her room until an hour later.

"Come, help me prepare a meal in the kitchen" He said, opening the door. Aki breathed a sigh of relief and followed the man with a smile on her face.

In the kitchen, she said hello to the Japanese she already knew, and then immediately got down to work. Once the food was prepared and placed on the table, Aki sat down in her seat, waiting for the others to arrive. The hall slowly began to fill with people. Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed Midari discussing something with another Japanese man in the corridor. At this time, new "employees" entered the dining room. Walking past Aki, one of them ran his hand around her neck. The girl quickly moved away and looked at the men with fear in her eyes. They looked at her with contempt and sat down at the end of the table. Her heart was pounding like crazy. She wanted to get up and run to the room, but just at that moment Takano and Midari entered. As soon as they sat down, everyone started eating breakfast.

Looking at Takano, Aki met his eyes. The man was looking at her with a smile on his face. She immediately remembered the morning kiss. She looked down, blushing adorably. The fear from a moment ago simply vanished from her. Takano smiled even wider at the sight.

After finishing the meal, everyone stood up and started their tasks. Aki stayed to help in the kitchen. She collected all the dishes, wiped the table and started washing the plates. She helped peel the vegetables for dinner, and then for some time she watched one of the Japanese prepare one of the dishes.

Some time later, she decided to wash the corridors in the mansion, and since the house was really large, it took her until lunchtime to clean it. Tired of washing, she helped put the food on the table and then stood next to Midari, looking around carefully.

"Go sit down, I'll be there soon" He said to her, but the girl refused firmly, shaking her head.

"I'll wait with you. I don't feel like sitting down yet" Out of the corner of her eye she noticed a dangerous group.

She slowly moved behind Midari so that the men wouldn't see her. As they entered the dining room, she noticed them looking around the hall as soon as they noticed she wasn't in the room. A few minutes later, Takano appeared in the hall, so Aki had to enter with him. Still hiding behind Midari, she tried to hide from the new employees' eyes. She sat down and ate her portion in silence, without looking around. After dinner, she helped clean up the dining room again. When she finished, she turned to Midari, who was waiting at the exit.

"Say... Do you have an office around here somewhere or something?" She started hesitantly.

"Yes I have" The tall Japanese squinted, noticing the girl's behavior, more unusual than before.

"Can we go there?... You can go about your work calmly and maybe I can help you with something?" She asked hopefully.

Midari looked at the girl in disbelief but after a while he nodded and said, "Let's go." It turned out that his office was right next to Takano's. The room looked like any normal office. Several shelves filled with binders and papers. A large desk with a computer and a table with two armchairs. Midari sat down at the desk and started to deal with the documents.

"So .... Maybe I'll clean shelfs from dust?" She asked. The man just nodded, not taking his eyes off the papers.

"But to do that I need to bring a cloth with water" She muttered.

"Oh... right" He noted.

They went to get the things they needed and after a while Aki was wiping all the shelves one by one, taking out and putting back documents alternately, trying not to miss anything. When she finished, she fell heavily into the chair. She sat there in silence for a long time, staring at the wall. Midari, busy reading, didn't even notice when the girl finished cleaning. When he finally took his eyes off the papers, Aki was sleeping soundly, snoring from time to time. He smiled, seeing how this strange girl could quickly get used to them. He got up from the desk, took off his jacket and covered Aki with it. It was slowly approaching dinner time when the girl woke up. She looked at the clock in the room and jumped to her feet.

"I have to help in the kitchen!" She exclaimed and almost ran out by herself, but she remembered in time that she shouldn't go alone. She began to wave at Midari urgently. Midari, who was typing something on the computer, looked at Aki with surprise. He wrote something on a piece of paper and then went with the girl to the kitchen.

Aki, with a smile on her face, bustled among the men preparing dinner.
