Infiltration

"'To heal others, you must first heal yourself' I'm too broken to be healed" Iris said entering her room crying "iris" aura said concerned entering the room "just give me a couple hours to myself" she said locking her door and walking to her bed to sleep 'daddy I want her hair" a young girl said pointing at iris hair "you don't want such ugly thing my love, your pretty hair is more beautiful that that rats" a fat nobleman said glaring at iris "I want it now!" The child cried as her father ordered for the guards to drag Iris away to cut her hair.

"I love it daddy thank you" The young girl said playing with the wig made out of iris hair "good to hear that" her father said before noticing his daughter skin peel off "what's going on?" His wife asked shocked by her daughter's appearance "it's the hair!" The girl yelled taking off the wig throwing it into the fireplace "that demon child, whip her till she can't move!" The man yelled as a guard ran out to iris. "She's a troublesome slave let me tell you, they say her glared can kill and rumor has it she's a demon" a man driving a cart said laughing as Iris was in the back half dead.

"If I leave now no one will notice" young iris said jumping out the cart and running away to a forest where she was found by some bandits "who's this brat?" A man asked picking up an unconscious iris "she looks badly hurt let's take her back to heal her" a man said as they left. "Monster! Look at those devilish horns" a woman said glaring at iris as she worked. "All the children have been dying in the village because of you demon, it's fine to pay for killing those innocent young with your life, die" an older man said as two men held a sword at iris neck causing her to wake from her sleep.

"Gasp!" Iris gasped waking up to Aura putting a warm towel on her head "ah, you're awake that's good, you were groaning in your sleep" Aura laughed before hearing Asta yelling from outside "Asta?" Iris called out opening her window "I'm training to get super buff legs!" he said doing squats "Asta!" a red head man said jumping out Finral portal "Finral and Noelle? where did you two go?" Iris asked as wind carried her out the window and Asta off the ground "we're going to the forest of W" Noelle said flying away.

Later

"Now I see why witches hate men" Iris said after the group crashed into the witch queen castle "hey" Finral said offended "she's got Vanessa! What do you think you're doing? I don't care if you're the queen or whatever get your foot off our friend!" Asta yelled turning to the queen who had one foot on Vanessa "you dare barge into my home and address me like that? Your friend there as well as my little Vanessa are one of my descendants, I have more daughters than you could ever count and children need to be disciplined" the queen said before Asta attacked her.

"The diamond and the eye of the midnight sun attacking the forest of witches, they sure want this forest down" Iris said as the queen of witches showed what was going on around the forest "I don't believe it, they're on their way too?" Noelle said kneeling beside Vanessa "well we know that guys tough, we fought him back in the dungeon good to see he's alive" Asta said smiling as he saw Mars "that makes you happy?!" Finral yelled before internally complaining "calm down Finral" Iris said "let's protect the forest, I can take down the eye of the midnight sun and the diamond army" Asta said pumped with excitement.

"That might be tough without arms" Noelle pointed out "yea, wielding a sword with your mouth will be very painful" Iris said lightly tapping his head "ah...right I forgot!" He yelled shocked "wow Asta, that's the whole reason we're here, sis you not get it the first time?" Noelle asked "no, I remember now there's just so much going on it slipped my mind" asta said disappointed before Vanessa woke up "Asta? What are you doing here?" She asked.

"Vanessa you're awake, you had us all worried" Asta said as the others chimed in "it's been so long Vanessa. We came to the forest of witches to get the curse lifted off Asta arms too ironic how we all wound up in the same place" Dominante said causing Vanessa to stand and soon argue with Asta.

Time skip

"Way to go Asta!" Iris said hugging Asta after he and Mars defeated Fana "really, oh gee iris" Asta laughed blushing "you too mars, I'm beat but at least I got a new spell" Iris said happily opening her grimoire "I guess your grimoire is filling up" Noelle said walking up to her staring at her book before taking her attention to Asta "I don't get it, why did the eye of the midnight sun come to the witch forest to start with?" Vanessa asked "who eve was controlling kept saying they wanted to take back the magic stone" Fana said placing her hand on her head.

"Ah, like the one back at the underwater temple" Iris reminded "then we have to hurry back to where the queen is" Noelle said "hold on, first we need to make sure everyone is safe Domina, Mariella and all the other witches" Fanzell said before a surge of power appeared from the trees "that power should be gone, everyone run away!" He yelled as magic attacked them "ow" Iris said struggling to stand.

Later

"Apparently the eye of the midnight sun came here looking for something called a magic stone, do you know where it is?" Fanzell asked the witch queen after the battle was over "the magic stone you speak of is most likely this, however it is of no use to me so you can take it" the woman said taking off the gem on her earring and throwing it to Asta "thank you so much your majesty. Okay so we know this is what the eye of the midnight sun is after, but do you know why they would want it?" asta asked.

"that stone is a type of magic item that enhances the power of the individual that wears it, but only a member of the elf tribe is able to use it effectively occasionally the dragon clan too" the queen said drawing Iris attention "dragons aren't real!" Finral yelled "if elves, devils, witches and spirits exist you best believe dragons do too" the witch queen said "did you know any dragons?" Iris asked eagerly "what's wrong with her?" Fanzell asked "...not personally, 21 years ago a woman, a pregnant dragon came to me needing a place to stay I could sense the immense power of the growing child in her womb, I knew that if I let that child stay in the forest she would be a powerful weapon for me, I told the woman but she left saying she didn't want her child to go through something like that" the witch queen said narrowing her eyes at Iris.

"The woman is she still alive?" Iris asked "hard to say" the witch queen said "That must you" Aura said excitedly as the witch queen explained the elf race "no, the girl is a year younger than me but maybe the woman might know my mother or father" Iris said taking in a deep breath.
