It's a floating castle" Asta said amazed staring at the eye of the midnight sims hideout "this is it, we're at the eye of the midnight suns hideout" Noelle said before Mereoleona started talking to Nozel. "There's lots of paths and hidden tunnels in this place" Iris pointed out looking at the model Siren created "yes I see, this place is structured like an ant nest where we can enter from any angle which should be fairly easy to invade" Mereoleona said "yes but let's not rule out the possibility of traps and dead ends" Iris pointed out.

"There are mages wielding senior level magic power scattered throughout, and two people more powerful in the larger center space, one stronger than the other" Mereoleona said before going on to explain the plan. "Alright, good luck Asta, Zora let's beat these midnight sun guys and go back home safe" iris said walking up to the two "who are you teaming up with?" Asta asked "maybe luck or Yuno" she said before a fire paw grabbed her head "you're coming with me" Mereoleona said "yes ma'am" she said defeated.

"The ants are coming out of the woodwork, you have some nerve swooping in when I wasn't around rampaging the royal capital, eye of the midnight sun this is the end for you, this is for my brother!" mereoleona said entering the floating castle by force attacking the mages that stood in the groups way "ah, she's just bursting her way through" Iris said watching the captain fight "seriously why are we here?! We can fight too you know don't you wanna take a break soon!" Asta said a double standing beside him repeating the same thing "how'd you manage to pull up a trick like that? Some sort of spell?" Zora asked looking at the two "don't be a jerk uou know I can't use magic" asta said "did I say you could duplicate yourself?" Mereoleona asked "there's two" Iris said shocked.

"How do we find out which one is real? They even copied the lack of magic, what about you can you tell the two apart?" Mereoleona asked turning to zora "nope" zora said "you're of no use to me" she said grabbing his head with a fire paw "if he strips I can tell, I used to bath Asta and Yuno when they were kids so I guess you could say I'm anything them" iris said as the real and fake Asta argued "no time" Mereoleona said hitting the two with a fire attack and the real Asta came out unscathed "you could have killed me!" Asta yelled "so this is the real one, you survived the trial by fire and I wouldn't have brought anyone who couldn't" she said proudly "you've got that right, she's a real spit fire isn't she" the fake Asta said putting out the fire revealing himself as Rhya "I know you" Asta said "that's right call me Rhya and the pretty ladies can call me whatever they want to" Rhya said.

"Sorry but she's taken, who are you?" Mereoleona asked "he's with the third eye, the eye of the midnight sun strongest fighters" Asta said backing up to the group "along with that woman" Iris said "you talking about Irene? She's not here sorry, I'm sure you'd love to have a hearty reunion with her" Rhya said drawing a sword out his grimoire "hey that's captain Yami spell you can't rip him off like that!" Asta yelled "if he's that easy to mimic yami has a long way to go" Mereoleona said as the fight between the two began.

"She's amazing" Iris said watching Mereoleona fight Rhya "cool right!" Asta said his eyes twinkling 'she fights like some sort of animal, forget that I keep hearing something weird' she thought shading her eyes as Mereoleona used mana zone "Iris, do you hear that?" Aura asked shocked.

"I thought this was a one on one" Julius said after someone grabbed licht from his grasp "what are you doing here?" Licht asked getting placed on a ledge "who are you?" Julius asked landing in front of them "me?" The woman said laughing "that voice" Julius said horrified "you can't remember the face of your wife? It's been a while Julius" Irene said raising her head revealing her face "Irene how? You're alive, if you were alive all these years why didn't you come back home?" Julius said approaching her "you!" She yelled raising her hand as everything surrounding Julius exploded "Irene thank you I'll take over" licht said continuing his fight with Julius "return home? That bastard" Irene said placing her hand on her belly where a scar was "be careful this man is a rat" Irene said disappearing.

"We have what we want licht let's go" Irene said staring down at Julius body after licht stabbed him "what the hell is going on here vangence?" Yami asked drawing his sword "salutations Yami, you may call me licht, William is lying dormant in this body" Licht said a tear escaping his eyes "let us go" Irene said no emotion on her face "do you feel some sort of emotion for him dying? I will understand since he is your husband" licht said watching her "why Irene?" Yami asked "why? I don't know maybe it's because he almost killed me 21 years ago. Julius I saw our daughter recently she's grown, she looks nothing like me unless she uses her magic" Irene said bending beside Julius.

"You don't mean" Yami said his eyes widening in shock "that curse on my soul. Honestly I thought she was dead all these years, to think she was alive and in the capital, my apologies I don't think you know who I'm talking about since you're about to die how about I tell you, pay attention Yami, our child after she was conceived 25 years ago some unspeakable things happened to me I decided to stop her growth to protect her in my womb, one of the worst mistakes in my life then once she was born she was of no use to me so I discarded her in heaven knows where" Irene said cupping Julius cheek "w-what are you talking about?" Julius asked breathing heavily "I'm surprised you didn't notice, the summer we met in a field of peonies a single iris was able to grow" Irene said causing Julius eyes to grow wide "s-she's" Julius said remembering iris face "I had a feeling, she was all too similar with you in the looks department and she was far too similar to Julius" Yami said as a portal appeared in front of them.

"Elves and human kind will never live in harmony again, it's over!" Licht said disappearing after Yami tried to attack them "hold on alright don't die on me" Yami said landing beside Julius "ya-mi, that spell you did was amazing you can cut through space itself" Julius said weakly "this is no time for that stuff" Yami said "you've turned into a superb magic knight haven't you" Julius said staring at the sky "like I keep telling you I'm 28 years old I'm not some kid anymore" Yami said "so inspiring seeing your generation was raised right and knowing the next one is beginning to bud as well, my own hopes living on through all of the magic knights to come" Julius said.

"If you mean iris save your breath so you get to tell her the truth" Yami said "I didn't know I had a child...if I knew then maybe she wouldn't have suffered like she said she did" he said in tears "Julius" Yami said empathetic "don't tell her who her parents are, she already hates us if she finds out her parents are people with power and could easily come for her I fear what she would do" Julius said closing his eyes.
