Next morning, I woke up and took a quickly shower, then putting a simple makeup look. Curled the ends of my hair, I threw on a pair of leggings, a knit sweater & my converse.

I ran downstairs my mom wasn't home. I guess she was off to work, I need a ride. How about Jade, we switched numbers after school. I ran to get my phone and it suddenly rang with a block number. I answered it.

"Hello? Who's this?" I said

"Lena, it's Austin.. Jade gave me your number" he said.

"What do you need?" I said annoyed.

"look, i'm sorry for what happen yesterday I got caught off guard.." He said softly

"It's fine.. hey is it alright if you gave me a ride?" I said scared of his answer.

"Yes! Sure I'll be there" he said I gave him my address then hung up.

I waited and my door bell rang, I ran and opened the door there he stood so perfect, I stared too long until he said

"Are you gonna let me in?" Austin said interrupting my thoughts

"Oh sorry, come in" I said blushing.

I moved aside and let him in, we had an hour left till school starts.

"Nice place, it's big" he said looking around

"Thanks, go ahead look for food" I said

"It's fine I ate already, let's get too know eachother" he said smiling sitting on the long couch.

"Alright, I'll tell you my story. then you tell me yours." I said

"Well I lived in Guam, then my mom got a job here for a business so we moved here. My dad left us when I was baby and I never saw him. I'm an only child I have other siblings but idk them" I stopped and played with my hands he grabbed it.

"You don't need to continue if it's bad, I'll tell you mine" he told me about his life, he's really sweet. Why do they call him a cheater, I shrugged it off.

We were talking & laughing. We stared at each other and leaned in..
