A/N
I think this chapter has the potential to confuse some people...
Anyway, I would recommend reading through the last chapter again if you've just read it before the re-written version because I changed some details.

"Previously on 'at world's end':
[y/n] has finally gotten her first mission with her ill-tempered master (of sorts), Sanemi! With her truly spectacular and unbeatable acting skills, [y/n] successfully found the demon they were searching for. And because the author loves boats (I swear it's the last), we will now experience another great battle on the sea with [y/n] coping with her H2O-trauma by throwing other people into the ocean! Yay!

YOU FOUND OUT
that your body made for a perfect battering ram. This was knowledge only acquired through practical experience, of course, and to be frank; you would have been quite fabulously fucked if it proved to be a wrong calculation on your part. Once you were left behind in the fetid cadaver-chamber (how you decided to call it) and saw the demon prowling closer, you made quick work of turning around and hauling yourself against the door.

Living with a man as brutal as Sanemi had its peaks for sure. You weren't certain if you would have been able to simply knock the door out of its hinges if your training wouldn't always be so physically demanding and focusing on brute strength. Well, you most definitely wouldn't have made it past the iron lock that was supposed to keep the door shut. But you did just that.

Falling with the door onto the bright, sun bathed deck, you heard the demon hissing, its claws scraping against the floor as it retreated into its dark corner. The guards around you, as startled as they were, quickly regained their composure and pointed their weapons at your face.

You, being the quicker one, already had thrown up handfuls of corn, which served as signal for your crow, Señor Dorito, and help him detect your location.

With that, step 3 (or whatever, you forgot to count) of your plan was a success. Now, you had to wait for Sanemi to arrive, without your nichirin blade, may I add.
