*Jay's P.O.V*
These past weeks have been... a lot. I can't sleep. How can anyone sleep after all of that?... I don't think anyone can sleep either besides mom, Alexander, and Aaron. I'm glad she wasn't there to see any of what happened.. Warm milk helps me sleep sometimes so I decided to go make some.
Jay:*pouring milk*
???:Can't sleep either?
*Janice, Jayla, Jaden, and Jordan are sitting in the living room. All of them just as tired as Jay.*
Jay: ... Yeah.. *microwaving the milk*
*Very. VERY awkward silence.*
Jordan: ... I'm surprised mom wasn't mad at all.
Janice:She wasn't mad because how were any of us supposed to know something like that would happen??
Jay: ...
Jaden:I just hope she isn't blaming herself or anything. That she wasn't here to help.
Jayla:I'm kinda glad that she postponed the wedding so we can.. calm down after all that just happened...
Jay:*got the milk out of the microwave and went to her room, semi-annoyed.*
All: ...
Jayla:Did we say something-
Jaden:No, she's probably just still upset...
Jordan:*slightly panicked* We can't let her bottle stuff up again.. what if something like that happens again?!...
Janice:It won't, we won't let it happen.
Jayla:I'll try talking to her... *goes upstairs*
*More awkward silence*
Jayla:*opens Jay's room door* Hey, Jay... can we talk for a bit?..
