Once we left the cave we went back to one of Hoshi and Shawn's friend, who seemed to be in a bit of a situation. I didn't know what has happening so I didn't react, though the other two seemed concerned. My kind isn't supposed to feel weak emotions like fear and sadness. I think. I keep forgetting stuff and remembering stuff at the same time!

Shawn:Panicking "Star! What's going on?!"
Star:Looking at Shawn "To be completely honest with you, I have no clue. To keep the story short this kid was looking anxious, I tried to help, now we're here."
???:"Leave me alone!"
Raito:"He seems a bit tense. Maybe he needs assistance with something?"
Hoshi:Shrugs "I don't know, friend do you need help?"
???:Looks at Hoshi annoyed "NO! I don't need anyone's help!! Leave!!" Sparking a bit
Raito:"Uhmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but that shouldn't be happening right? Though I suppose it depends on his species!"
Shawn:Worried "I don't think so..."
Star:"I'm just trying to help. You look hurt."
???:"I'm not hurt!-" Falls "Ah!"
Star:Concerned "Kid you need help.."
???:Doesn't respond
Star:"Uhh.. You guys can go explore and I'll try to help him." Looks back at ??? "If he doesn't attack me first..."
Raito:Smiles "Righto!"
Shawn:Giggles
Hoshi:Starts heading another direction
Raito:Follows "That's funny, because it sounds like my name!"
Star:Laughs to self, then looks back at ???
???:Weakly "Leave me alone.... Please...."
Star:Walks up to him
???:"..... Please don't.... kill me.."
Star:"You might kill yourself trying to protect yourself from nothing. I really don't want to kill you."
???:"...."
Star:"You look burnt out, kid-"
???:Interrupts "Kai.."
Star:"Hm?"
Kai:"My name is Kai, so stop calling me kid. It's a stupid nickname..."
Star:"Alright, I won't. Not unless you want to, which you don't."
Kai:"..."
Star:Smiles "At least that sparking stopped! Why did that happen anyway?"
Kai:"I don't know.. I'm not supposed to talk to you..."
Star:"Is that like a human hatred thing, or?"
Kai:"My father doesn't like you."
Star:"I don't think I know your dad *So how the heck does he know me??-*"
Kai:"He watches the lower planets sometimes, he notices you "helping". He doesn't like that very much because it's "Disturbing the peace in space, and she's bring her human ways and culture across the galaxy!". Something like that, I tend to tune him out..."
Star:"*Im helping injured aliens how is that disturbing the peace?!* Uh, well. Maybe your dad just doesn't like the fact I'm helping others."
Kai:"He says helping people is for the weak and vulnerable, which my species is far from. My kind only care about power and... well that's kind of it."
Star:"Well what about you?"
Kai:Caught off guard by the question, then looks down "What I want doesn't matter, younger Void Ink Demon's are only supposed to listen and behave well. We were made to serve, and... that's all we're good for until one of us is strong enough to rule. It's an infinite loop of battling for power, except the ones who lose don't make it far...."
Star:Concerned "..."
Kai:Shrugs "That's just life I guess. Though what I said only applies for males. My little sister wants to be the next ruler but my father insists that it should be me. She still continues to train."
Star:"You don't seem like you want to rule."
Kai:Looks kind of annoyed "I don't. It sounds boring, you sit in a chair and tell people what to do. Until you either give it to your son, or have him battle for it with someone else son. Of any age."
Star:"Any age?.."
Kai:"I saw a kid that looked about 7 battling with a 15 year old. The kid died, reasonably. They said it was unfair because the teen killed him so he also was killed. Though that was years ago, so now we have a now killing rule for demons under 15."
Hoshi:Runs to Star "Star! Don't panic! Even though I'm panicking- ANYWAY! RAITO AND SHAWN GOT GOTTED!!"
Star:"They what?"
Hoshi:"They got kidnapped Star, they got kidnapped!!"
