(For extra context, this happens around the time Jay and her siblings got sent to earth in the normal timeline. Of course in this one the family just moves there, unlike the original. Jordan never died in this AU, so he's not a ghost. Maria stills has her job at the bakery in this AU too, which is where she is during this!)

*Sometime in the past:*

Daniel:"Janice, I already read you 3 books. It's time to go to sleep."
Janice:"Just 1 more, pleeeeaaaase?"
Jordan:Stands in the doorway "Dad, I can't find my toothbrush..."
Daniel:Looks at Jordan "It's in the cabinet, remember?"
Jordan:"Oh, right. Never mind." Leaves
Jaden:Comes into the room while dragging Jayla behind him, clearly tired
Jayla:Whining "Let go!! Jaden let go!! I not sleepy!.."
Jaden:"Yeah, because you ate candy..."
Jayla:"I-It was just 1!.."
Jaden:"Nuh-uh.. it was 6..." Puts her in her bed before going in his
Jayla:Pouting
Jordan:Comes into the room and gets in his bed
Daniel:"Ok, now everyone's in bed-.." Sighs "Jay... All of you stay here, I'll be back." Leaves room
Jay:Looking out window
Daniel:"Jay, it's time for bed.. What are you doing?"
Jay:"Waiting for mom to get back... I miss her.."
Daniel:".. She went to work 2 hours ago."
Jay:Sad "That's a really long time!!.. What if she doesn't come back?..."
Daniel:Picks Jay up, sitting with her on the couch "She will, I promise. She'll be home by the time you wake up tomorrow."
Jay:"Ok.. Can you turn on the nightlight?.. I like the stars, and the music.. Then I can go to sleep."
Daniel:"Sure." Puts Jay down on the couch, gets up, and turns on nightlight
Jayla:Walks into living room "Ooo.."
Jaden, Jordan, and Janice:Also looking at the nightlight
Daniel:Slightly annoyed "I told you guys to- never mind.." Thinks "Ok, change of plans. We're all sleeping in here, I guess." Sits on couch
Jay:Sits next to Daniel
Jayla, Jordan, Janice, and Jaden:Also sit close to Daniel
Daniel:'I just hope Maria brings me something back for watching these tiny gremlins...'
Jay, Jayla, Jaden, Janice, Jordan:Fell asleep
Daniel:A bit surprised they went to sleep that quickly, sighing before also falling asleep

*One hour later:*

Maria:Quietly comes into the house, looking around the room before looking at the couch

*Everyone is still knocked out.*

Maria:Smiles before getting a blanket and covering them up, and also falling asleep with them
