In the human realm and in the Noceda house, Luz was sulking in the den AGAIN.

It had been a week since they were forced back here and things had been so NORMAL. It was horrible.

Going out, walking among everyone, and just doing ordinary things! Even things like amusement parks had lost their luster for Luz.

At least compared to Demon Realm amusement parks.

"Oh god, somebody just kill me." Luz said with a groan, leaning back on the couch.

"No, I would have to kill that person then."

Coming out of the kitchen, Amity held two sodas before setting them on the coffee table.

"You really need to stop being so dramatic, Luz." She said.

"I can't help it, Amity." Luz said back.

"Yes you can. We're still looking for a way back and you just have to be patient." Amity said, sitting down next to Luz. "So just watch some TV and relax."

"There nothing to watch." Luz said as she leaned against Amity.

"Then I guess we can cuddle." Amity replied.

"Mmmm." Luz hummed with a small smile as she snuggled against her girlfriend. "I still can't believe what Eda did... I saved the Isles on multiple difference occasions and I'm still treated as if I'm weak."

"Nobody is saying that. None of us are weak, not even King." Amity said.

"I HEARD THAT, YOU COTTON CANDY C!" King shouted from the kitchen.

"... Yep, that's Eda's kid." Luz said after a short pause.

"Yeah and ignoring him, you shouldn't worry so much. We're titans, we'll find a way." Amity said, kissing Luz's forehead.

"Oh you." Luz said as she gained a smile.

They continued to snuggle and just enjoy the silence in the den, not bothering to acknowledge anyone else that came in or out of the room.

"Are they going to do that all day or until we find a way back to the Isles?" Tracey asked.

"Maybe both." Masha comments.

"Ugh, I do not understand romance." Tracey said as she rolled her eyes.

"You just don't understand true love." Vee said, walking up to and hugging Masha.

"Yeah, I'm Aromantic, I couldn't care less about love, I just don't like leaving Jasper all alone." Tracey said, thinking of her pet vine. "He's my baby, I raised him since he was a sprout, I want my vine back."

"So you don't understand true love but you understand parental love." Masha clarified.

"Yes. There's a big difference between what you and Vee have, and what we have." Tracey said, motioning between Masha and herself. "I do not care for romantic feelings. What I do care for is that we are stuck here."

"We get it but don't start acting like Luz, please." Masha said with an eye roll.

"Yeah, we don't need two sulking girls." Vee said.

"Vee, be nice. Your sister is just going through a "withdrawal" of sorts." Camila said, walking up to the trio.

"Yeah, I know, mom. The last time she was depressed, she became a furry." Vee said, recalling the Halloween night years ago.

"Like you're one to talk, Ms. Snake." Luz replied loudly.

"Hey! That's offensive!" Vee shouted.

"Girls, settle down." Camila said.
