"I don't know what's wrong though. She's sort of queasy. Indigestion, like she didn't want to land," the Doctor told the two blondes.

"Because she didn't," Nik said from his side. The two had gotten closer after their makeshift date was right outside the block party away from the loud televisions with some of the snacks people left out for others.

"If you think there's going to be trouble, we could always get back inside and go somewhere else," Rose suggested.

"And there's definitely trouble," Nik said in the same tone.

The three of them laugh. "I think we've landed inside a cupboard. Here we go," the Doctor said, opening the door for the two blondes, grabbing Nik's hand as the two walk out.

"Open door 15."

"Some sort of base," the Doctor said as the doors open. Moon base, sea base, space base. They build these things out of kits."

"Close door 15."

The doors closed behind them.

"Glad we're indoors, sounds like a storm out there," Rose said looking around the spacious darkened corridor.

"Open door 16."

"Human design. You've got a thing about kits. This place was put together like a flat pack wardrobe, only bigger. And easier."

"A hunter's pack is easier to put together," Nik noted. The other two looked at her, "I had to possess the local hunter to sneak into the group with the doppelganger," she looked more at the Doctor, "How do you walk around with a penis? I don't get it."

Rose laughed loudly as the Doctor gaped at Nik.

They walked into a new room to find tables and chairs spread out like a lounging area of sorts. The Doctor spotted the big 3 on the wall. "Open door 17"

"Oh, it's a sanctuary base," the Doctor noted.

"Close door 17"

"Deep space exploration. We've gone way out. And listen to that, underneath. Someone's drilling," the Doctor told them. Of course Nik had heard the drilling sound, but she was also hearing the shifting and grumbly sound below them and it confused her.

"Welcome to hell," Rose read off the wall.

"Oh, it not that bad," the Doctor said, not looking at what she was looking at.

"It's on the wall, love," Nik said making the Doctor look over where Rose had looked only Rose was looking back at them in amusement and the Doctor was really hoping his cheeks weren't red.

"Hold on, what does that say? That's weird, it won't translate," the Doctor noticed looking at an alien script written next to the words.

"But I thought the TARDIS translated everything, writing as well. We should see English," Rose said.

"Or Gallifreyian or Norwegian," Nik added, "But think about it. The TARDIS didn't want to land and it won't translate something. It likely has something to do with what's going on here," she hinted.

"Nik's right," the Doctor said.

"Also there are footsteps headed this way, many of them," Nik added offhandedly.
