(37.) 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐘 𝐒𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍

"Hello? Sun? we're gonna be there in thirty minutes." Seia said on the phone, I'm now here at the Incheon Airport's waiting area waiting for them.

Hee called too, but I missed it on purpose. I know he's working.

"It's fine, I'm here at the restaurant near the airport."

"Oh, okay my son and I will meet you there."

"Hmm can't wait to see Jake's mini."

She scoffed, "What?! he's my mini—"

"Again?" I heard Jake on the line, he may be the one driving.

"Always, Jae looks like me."

"But I'm the father?" Oh shit, they're arguing again.

"Yah! He looks like both of you, stop arguing!"

"Jake started it!" she complained, Seia as always, won't admit her mistake.

"Alright alright!"

"You're fighting in front of your son? Please come here faster so I can bang your heads with each other." I said and they stopped, I heard Seia sigh in defeat.

When they arrived, I immediately opened my arms to hug Jae, and Seia, Jake too.

"Oh God, it's been years." Seia said between our hug.

"I know, I'm sorry."

"It's fine, let's go?"

Jake helped me with the bags as I carry Jae, he's so handsome, he really looks like Jake more than my dearest best friend, Jake really did hit it properly.

Seia and I laugh when she started story telling her cravings when she was pregnant, "I'm still mad at you, you weren't there, it's weird that I don't wanna see Jake in my labouring time and was looking for Shinro instead!"

"She even called the security guards to get me out of the delivery room, she's insane." Jake said while shaking his head, he probably can't believe it too.

They were telling me stories nonstop until we arrived at my old condo. They helped me again with my bags and they asked me to go up first and that I don't need to help with the bags.

When I opened the door, it's was dark but I heard some footsteps, I quickly stepped back but someone pulled me in.

"Surprise!" I heard as the lights switched on.

They're all here, God I missed them!

I slam my bags on the floor and run to them. We did a group hug, Sunoo is even crying so I laugh.

"You're all here!" My eyes got teary as I look at them one by one. They all changed physically, Sunoo's hair is now blonde while Jungwon got taller, Sunghoon is with this new girl, Shinro's with his wife and son, Jay and Hyeseo with their son too, and the youngest, Ni-ki.

I can't imagine they're in front of me now, after all these years, our friendship is still the same.

I went to Hyeseo and Jay first, "I missed you guys"  But Jay rolled his eyes playfully, "And yet you didn't even bother to call."

The boys were at the balcony while the girls are here at the living room, we were talking about some things, after all we all have different stories and experiences to share.

It's like a chit-chat, and I miss it. The new girl named Sarang, she said she was just set up with Sunghoon by their families, they aren't even dating but when I asked if they already shared some kiss, she said yes.

We laugh, we knew Sunghoon is not a playboy unlike his three other friends, y'all know who I am referring to so him having a woman might be a new experience for him, it's thrilling, he's so obvious anyway.

Meanwhile, Hyeseo talked about why she's now here in South Korea, I thought Jay right here threatened her again but no, she said it was her choice too, to come back here and to him.

It's for their child's future, she admitted that she love Jay, as a mother she just want what's best for his child, she grew up having no father figure at an early age, she don't want her son to feel the same way she felt before.

Seia, she's the most jolly one and became the most happiest woman in the world when Jake and her started dating officially back then, I've seen all her nonstop efforts, I'm glad Jake saw and realized that before it ends.

Sunoo, we both passed the same degree but he chose to work here in South Korea, he still want to gain more experience before going outside the country, I told him too that if he wanna work in New Zealand, I can help him.

Everything changed, but the way we treat each other is still the same. They're all happy and contended with their lives while I'm still finding a way out of this miserable life.

Not that I want to die, I just wanna be healed.

"Now that you're here, you can't escape Heesung." Seia started, it's already night and the dinner is done, everything is cooked by Jay.

Tonight, the girls said we're going to have a drinking session.

"He can't force me to come back with him," I said while sipping the wine, the boys went out with the kids, they can handle everything so let it be.

Seia nods, "I know, but don't be too hard on yourself, you too... you deserve to be happy."

"I'm happy," I smiled, they just chuckled, I'm not good at lying.

"Did you had a boyfriend there? is this all late for Hee?"

I shook my head, I didn't have any but I was wild back there, can't deny, sometimes it's fun and satisfying.

"So you're still a virgin? What the heck?" Sarang said in surprise.

So I started remembering what happened six years ago, when Heesung and I are still living in the same roof. Up until now, I still treasure it like it was the best thing that happened in my life.

I shook my head, "I was once married too, right?" and their jaw dropped. Seia giggled while pinching my belly.

"That means..." Hyeseo exclaimed.

I nod again, "Uh-huh, you're right."

"Nasty, she's a nurse after all, she knows everything!" Sarang said while openning another bottle of whine, I bet this girl is a party animal one, her body language says it all.
