Chapter 13
At the stark sunrise, Nefetari was in the lobby of a museum. She was drinking her tea as she was has her two babies accompanied by Harvey. "Now say bitch." Nymph nearly choked on her drink while Harvey is happily teaching the little ones how to curse.
"Bitch!" The twins happily responded and their big boba eyes looking up to their Godmother with such anticipation of what words they will copy next. Harvey grinned as she puts her hand on her chin as she thinks and the little ones followed, their frowns being so cute as their pudgy fingers tapped their chin.
"Harvey no," Nefetari said concerned and disappointed as she looks at Harvey happily teaching her kids a bunch of curse words that the babies happily word out. The twins were basically smart enough to speak at nearly the age of two, probably because of Nymph's constant talking to the little ones when it was just the three of them back in Greece.
Nymph had a lonely life back in Greece, she had to wait for her tiny best friends to get out of her womb. Breastfed them and loved them to bits. Nymph was quite a talker to the little ones, her voice would be sweet as cupcake. She made sure her voice is emphasized even tho when the little ones barely understood her but Nymph would feel heard nonetheless when their big eyes would stare at her. They would mimic her words sometimes, copy their Momma's words even if others were so hard to say, they speakit so gibberishly but Nymph didn't care. She loved hearing those sweet babbles and gibberish baby noises.
She talked to them, made them learn words, she was patient with the little ones. It was rather hard as she would not romanticize childbirth as something good to experience. It was harsh that she was all alone, it was her decision still but realizing she took care of twins at a foreign country was devastating but she'd rather experience being away than seeing Hillary in those times.
She happily moved on, Hillary was out of her thought as she had her kids to fully tend to. It was still better to think of the fact that her little ones looked like the person who hurt her ut it was never their fault. They weren't there when she was struggling a heartache with that person, they were never to blame even if they looked like Hillary.
"It's fun." Harvey insisted and Nymph shook her head as she gives her firm answer to it. Of course she didn't mind it but it'll be a constant default baby words to the twins. She doesn't want that happening.
"I won't be fun if they start cursing at an important person." Nymph lightly laughed as the little kids went running off else where. Harvey sighed as she see the little ones waddle and toddle their way. Nymph wasn't too worried of the little ones rushing off knowing they have little chubby legs that barely boughr them elsewhere.
"Point taken." Harvey settles down on the chair right in front of Nymph. The museum was a ewly built one and Nymph had thought to sell some of her drawing to this museum. She knows it's barely not as artistic as the other designers but she wanted her craft to be shown. During her two years in Greece, all she did was be a Mom to two beautiful babies, she painted barely. Nymph never thought a divided attention but she was blessed with angels. They were patient with their Momma, the three of them doing mistakes along the way. Nymph being a first time Mom and all alone in a foreign country, two babies who are living for the first time.
Just the three of them.
Nymph frowns to as she looked at the time. It was nearly lunch time and her little ones would be fussy if they don't get their afternoon nap. "The owner is taking too long." Nymph said knowing they're all in here for quite some time.
She sighed and took some time to think. "Maybe they're busy. Did you check who the owner was?" Nymph did not have quite a background with the owner of the museum since it was newly built yet it was very well known.
