I opened the door to Gabi's apartment to find her in tears cuddling my cat. I sighed as I walked towards her. This girl was the sweetest soul, she should not be experiencing any kind of pain let alone caused by a fuckboy.

I approached her without saying a word, I took Killua from her arms placing him on the seat beside her and hugged her. I knew how getting cheated on felt, the empty feeling that you were not enough. Looking at yourself in the mirror and questioning why as you make up all these new flaws about your appearance. This girl was so much better than this. She had graduated last year, Gabi was already starting her lawyer career at just 22 years old. She did not need any man and I needed her to understand this.

"Babe, fuck him" I said rubbing her back "Do you want to speak about it? Do you want to tell me how you found out?" I asked, I didn't want her to speak on the subject if she didn't feel like it.

Gabi wiped her tears and stayed silent for a moment, I let her process whatever thoughts were going through her head. "It's his co-worker" she sobbed and looked up probably trying to stop any more tears from coming "I went to the bar, she hadn't seen me yet so she didn't know it was me." She paused and wiped her face again "She was bragging about how she fucked him in the bathroom last night"
