THEODORE MIKAELSON frowned and gulped as the door to Headmaster Bennett's office swung open, a swarm of Bennett magic flooding his senses. Clearing his throat, he peeked his head in first, wanting to see if his father was there. If he was, that meant that the older boy was in trouble. When he didn't see Elijah Mikaelson standing angrily beside the his teacher's desk he exhaled.
However, what he did say in the large office was a group of kids he had never seen before. Sitting behind the large wooden desk was Dr. Erikson Bennett, but in front of the desk, in two chairs were both his mother and his aunt.
"Theodore," His mother beamed, not looking a day over twenty-two. "How are you, son?"
His heart, which was beating fast, easily calmed at his mother's warm eyes. "I'm good, mom. Aunt Bonnie," He called out with a smile. "What am I doing here?"
"You," Dr. Bennett started, standing up and moving around the desk. "are here to give a tour. I noticed that you are excelling in all of your classes and since you should be graduating valedictorian this spring, I figured you were the best person to give a tour of our campus to our new students."
Theodore's eyes slightly widened but he fixed his facial expression. It had been over a week since the announcement about visitors being on campus and, so far, these new students were the only visitors there had been. Nevertheless, the young Mikaelson nodded stiffly. "It would be my greatest pleasure, sir."
"Fantastic," Bonnie clapped. "Mina, shall we... let them in?"
The Bennett heretic nodded with the fakest smile she could muster. With a supportive squeeze to her son's arm, she followed as her cousin led her out of the building.
Watching as the two walked out of the school leaving a sense of power behind them, Theodore only looked back forward until the door of the school slammed shut. He secretly wanted to ask what they meant by them if he was touring the new students, but he decided that he would ask Alixandra.
Because it wasn't a thing in the world that girl didn't know.
"Well," He started, pushing the doors of the office open. "I guess this is perfect timing because the factions are just now preparing for the Games."
"The Games?" One of the students asked. Her voice was small and she had long dark hair. "What are the Games?"
Smiling as he led the students past many classrooms, heading to the gym. If there was anything he loved, it was talking about his school. "The Games are competitions between all three factions. At Mikaelson Academy, we are sure to train our students and ensure they can leave the school, all equipped for both the human world and the supernatural world. Every year, you prove your skills and knowledge in a series of games or obstacle courses that are designed to test and push the limits of all students."
Silence descended amongst the group as Theodore continued to walk, pointing out the different halls and classrooms. They past the E.M hall which the new students found out was dedicated to Elyza Mikaeson - the late wife of Kol Mikaelson who sacrificed herself.
"Down this hallway," He started, not going down there completely. "Are the stairs leading to the wolf den. While you are allowed to go anywhere as a student, it is strongly encouraged that you don't go down to the wolf den unless you're... well, a wolf. Especially on a full moon."
