Milo

I wasn't jealous, he was happy with his new girlfriend. He moved on and got into a loving relationship. One without me. It wasn't my place to be jealous.

But why did he have to ask me? Was he just trying to rub it in my face or some shit? He probably was. Since I was the only person who lived here who didn't have a partner.

Cameron has Mia

Caleb has a boyfriend

Damien had his girlfriend

But me? I had just myself. But it's not like I needed a girlfriend or a boyfriend. I just needed me and me alone. Everyone dies alone, what's wrong with being alone romantically. It won't kill me. It's not like I'm scared to be alone or anything like that.

I stared up at my ceiling, the sun was peeping through the blinds hitting my body, warming me like I was on the beach trying to get a tan. It was like 10 in the morning, and the sun was like this?

I sit up and look around. I needed to do something with myself. Sulking in my loneliness wasn't gonna make me feel better.

I heard a door open downstairs and I was sure that he opened the door for his girlfriend.
Not even 30 seconds later I heard laughing from the two.

Whatever I was gonna do wasn't gonna be in this house. I grab a pair of shorts and a shirt before pulling my shoes. My phone, wallet, and earbuds in my pocket. I pop in my earbuds and blast a song from my playlist before going downstairs.

I look in the kitchen and see him and her making something. He turns around and sees me and his mouth moves, but I point to my ear, showing him my air pod before continuing my walk out the house before closing the door, not giving him a chance to walk over to me and say anything.

I felt shitty, but I also felt jealous. But ignoring him was the only way I'd get over him. Maybe friends, but nothing more than that. Absolutely nothing more than that.

I'll just tell him I wasn't in the mood if he asks or something.

I decided to walk to a café, upon entering I am engulfed by the smell. It smells great in here. Obviously it smells good in here, it's a café.

I walk further inside, but I bump into someone. Causing them to nearly fall, but I catch them., my hand quickly slithering around the waist.

Looking up I see It was a girl I caught. She had dark brown eyes but with the sun hitting her eyes they looked honey brown, which complemented her chestnut skin tone, her black hair pulled into a medium ponytail.

"O-Oh, sorry! I wasn't paying attention." The girl nervously exclaimed.

I lifte her up and flash her a reassuring smile.
"No need to apologize, neither of us was actually paying attention."

"Oh. Well I'm Noelle, thanks for catching me." She responded with a cheeke smile pulling the corners of her lips.

"You have a pretty smile."

"H-Huh!?"

"Sorry, if that made you uncomfortable. I'm Milo."

"No! It's just it surprised me is all." She twirled her hair in her fingers. "I hope you have a good day." She continues to walk pass me until she was out the door, no longer in my vision.

Noelle

She was sweet
