Jungkook's family has been behind him for a long time to get him married but now its a lost cause seeing that the man is 39 years old and showed no interest in a relationship

Jungkook's family was rich. He had met a lot of people who wanted to be with him just for money. He never liked that attitude and so he had always stayed driven and focused all his time on building his career and things he liked. Well, that was till he meets Jimin and felt his heart beating so fast that he thought he was having an attack

Jimin is Taehyung's best friend, they have been close since college. The two are currently 25 years old and Jimin was looking into getting a stable job which he had interest in. He was currently working in accounting but his interest was in marketing

Taehyung suggests meeting his uncle Jungkook who had made a name for himself in the business world. Taehyung is Namjoon's son, who is Jungkook's elder brother.

Jimin has dated a couple of guys in his college days but it never lasted. They were too immature with sex on their minds. Jimin wanted a guy who valued him and their relationship and not base it solely on sex and also be career driven.

So it wasn't really a shocker when Jimin meets the cold elder man and falls for him - the man in itself was too attractive, too handsome for Jimin to not gawk at. But it was also the man's insight into his career, suggesting ideas and techniques that came from years of experience that made Jimin genuinely interested in the man. It didn't hurt that Jungkook and Jimin shared mutual love for the avenger movies. Jimin found it cute that the elder man had iron man collectibles- be it the comics, movies, plushies, show pieces, figurines - you name it.

Jimin was interested in the man and he showed it too but Jungkook never encouraged it. It wasn't that Jungkook didn't like Jimin back, of course he did, Jimin was exactly his type -cute, smart, career driven and gave zero fcks about his money. Then what was the problem? Jungkook felt Jimin deserved better than his old crusty self. He felt he wasn't a romantic and he knew Jimin deserved someone who would spoil the boy rotten with their love

None of them had admitted to their families about liking each other but it wasn't hard to miss when they often found the two stealing glances at each other or staring at the other for a moment too long.

Jungkook's family was excited for a relationship but Jimin's weren't but they wouldn't actively tell the boy to not pursue his desires.

Taehyung couldn't help but feel excited when Jungkook would send things through him to Jimin and when Jimin would bake chocolate cookies for Jungkook and send through Taehyung. He always felt he was a catalyst in his best friend's and his uncle's budding relationship

Taehyung even goes as far as to move in with his boyfriends, to make his roommate Jimin move in with Jungkook. Taehyung didn't even have to beg his uncle to let Jimin stay for a while till the boy could find a cheaper smaller apartment to move into. Jungkook let Jimin stay at his place, rent free - but Jimin made up for it by cleaning the apartment and cooking food for the man, even if Jungkook told him not to.

Jungkook always warned the boy to not call him by name and also started called Jimin as Jiminshi to let him know about their age difference but Jimin seemed to like the nickname and he called Jungkook by name

Jungkook knew Jimin liked it, it wasn't subtle

Jimin started working in Jungkook's company too as it was the field Jimin was interested in
