Ben's Training with Master Splinter! (Short Chapter)

Ben stands poised on the edge of a rooftop, the wind rustling his shinobi black and yellow painted jumpsuit. He looks out over the training area, where target dummies are positioned at various heights and distances. Master Splinter watches from a distance, his gaze focused and approving.

Master Splinter: "Remember, Ryūou. Precision and agility are crucial. A clever ninja uses their environment to their advantage."

Ben takes a deep breath and begins his run. Ever since his encounter with Katarina, he's been training non-stop, determined to hone his skills. He leaps from one rooftop to another with impressive agility, his movements fluid and controlled in his distinctive jumpsuit. As he lands on a new rooftop, he spots the first target dummy.

Ben: Time to put these skills to the test.

Ben raises his hand and conjures a fireball, launching it at the target dummy. The fireball hits the dummy dead center, sending it toppling over. Master Splinter nods approvingly.

Master Splinter: "Good. Now keep moving."

Ben continues his parkour across the rooftops, dodging and weaving through obstacles. He performs a flawless somersault off the edge of one building, landing on a narrow ledge. He spots another target dummy and prepares his next move.

Ben: "Got to stay focused."

Ben conjures his bow of flame and draws an arrow made of pure fire. He takes aim at a distant target dummy, his concentration unwavering. With a smooth release, he fires the flaming arrow. It streaks through the air and hits the target dummy, which bursts into flames and collapses.

Master Splinter: "Excellent timing. Now, integrate your tessen."

Ben leaps from the ledge, flipping in mid-air and landing gracefully on a rooftop below. As he approaches a row of target dummies, he retrieves his tessen and throws it like a boomerang. The weapon slices through the row of dummies with precision, each slash leaving a fiery trail.

He catches the returning tessen and swiftly finishes off the remaining dummies with a series of fiery slashes from his bladed fan. Each motion sends a burst of flames across the targets, ensuring that every dummy is consumed in a spectacular display of fire.

Ben lands on a final rooftop, panting slightly but smiling with satisfaction. He looks back at the training area, where the dummies are now scorched and toppled.

Master Splinter: "You've done well, Ryūou. Your control and agility have improved."

Ben walks over to Master Splinter, who offers a nod of approval. Ben wipes sweat from his brow, looking pleased with his performance.

Ben: "Thanks, Master Splinter. Ever since my encounter with Katarina, I've been training non-stop. I feel like I'm getting the hang of this."

Master Splinter approaches and places a reassuring hand on Ben's shoulder.

Master Splinter: "You've done more than just get the hang of it. You've shown true skill and dedication. Keep practicing, and you will continue to grow."

Scene closes with Ben and Master Splinter on the rooftop, the city lights twinkling below. Ben takes a moment to appreciate the view and the progress he's made, feeling a deep sense of accomplishment and readiness for the challenges ahead.
