Narrator's POV
It was now Zatanna and Sky's turn. The pair are currently outside the building, planning their strategy. They were on the heroes side, up against Kirishima and Sero.
Zatanna: hm.. what should we do? Sero's quirk is great for crowd control while Kirishima must be a great hand-to-hand fighter. If they disrupt my spells, I'll have to only rely on my mana abilities.
Sky: leave Kirishima to me... at home my dad taught me military combat techniques. I can handle him. We just need to apply enough pressure to both Kirishima and Sero, then maybe an opening will appear. Let's cover each other's blind spots.
Zatanna: okay! Sounds good to me!
Zatanna and Sky slowly and sneakily entered the poorly-lit building. They were careful with every step they take.
Zatanna: hold on... something's wrong.. I can feel it. Etanimulli!
Zatanna raised both of her hands, her palms started emitting a white light that illuminated the entire dark hallway. The floor were covered in tapes, if they took a couple more steps, they would have definetely been trapped.
Zatanna: I knew it! Let's just use my mana plates, its more faster that way and we can avoid the traps.
Zatanna said as she created a circular plate of blue mana below their feet. She concentrated as she levitated both herself and Sky towards at the top floor, where the weapon is. They both hopped off the mana plate and with the wave of Zatanna's hand the mana platform disappeared.
Zatanna: look.. there's the weapon!
Zatanna said as she spotted the weapon that was blocked with tapes. However she said her sentence a bit too loudly which caused Kirishima and Sero to notice them.
Kirishima: it's them!
Sero used his left elbow to throw his tape towards Sky but Zatanna countered by creating a blue force field around them. Sero reeled back his tape and Zatanna put down her defense.
Sky: Zee! Look away now! Hawk out!
Sky said causing Zatanna to look away and covered her eyes. He quickly pulled out a wood-carving from his pockets. He gently tapped the bird's head, green wisps of energy surrounds it as it started flying rapidly towards Kirishima and Sero.
Kirishima and Sero: AHH!
The hawk popped and released a blinding flash. Kirishima and Sero had to cover their eyes in pain. Giving the chance for Sky to rush in and deliver a sweep kick at Sero. Causing him to be unbalance and fell on his back, knocked out.
Kirishima recovered from his temporary blindness and decided to throw a hardened-jab punch at Skye. Skye did a back-flip to evade his punch. Kirishima closed the gap decided to throw a left hook hardened-punch.
But his fist collided into a wall of blue mana. Both Sky and Kirishima looked at Zatanna, who had her hands outstretched, covered with a blue aura.
Sky: Again! Hawk out!
Sky quickly pulled out another hawk and it rapidly flew towards Kirishima's face. It then popped and a bright-green flash was emitted. Blinding Kirishima in the process.
Zatanna: time to end this! Tup Amihsirik Ot Peels!
Zatanna used the opportunity that Sky gave her and blasted Kirishima with a dart of her blue magic, Kirishima suddenly fell on the ground, in deep sleep.
Sky: nice one Zee! And now to deal with all this tape..
Sky said as they both looked at the tape that was preventing them to reach the fake weapon.
Zatanna: I know just the trick! Egnahc Eseht Sepat Otni Seilfrettub!
Zatanna said as she did an exhaggerated bow. Blue mystic aura suddenly surrounds the tape and the tape turned into butterflies that flew out the window.
Sky: butterflies... how cute.
The spell however left Zatanna kneeling on the floor, suddenly breathless.
Sky: oh crap! Are you okay?
Zatanna: yeah... just feeling the drawback of overusing my spe- I mean quirk.
Sky touched the weapon, signaling their victory!
