Sunoo stirred from his sleep and quickly turned off his alarm. He felt cold all over his body and then remembered he had fallen asleep while waiting for his hot neighbor. He was still in his bathrobe, the thin fabric doing little to keep him warm.

"I thought he would come running, the way he acted," Sunoo muttered, his irritation giving way to a slight smile as he glanced back at Jake's window. He could still see something stirring on the other side.

Getting up, Sunoo stretched his body, his pale skin glowing as the sunlight kissed it. "Daddy is playing hard to catch," he murmured.

With a slow seductive walk , Sunoo made his way to the balcony attached to his room. He leaned on the railing, resting his chin on his hands, and smirked as he watched his hot neighbor moving behind the closed window.

"Guess I need to go with my second plan,"
