Every character has good and bad character traits so I made a list. You can put these in a spin the wheel generator, get some traits, and choose either the negative or positive side of them.
Positive - Negative
Nice - Lets people walk over them/pretends to be nice to gain trust
Nostalgic - Trapped in the past
Thrifty - Stingy
Caring- Overprotective
Cautious - Paranoid/Cowardly
Planning about the future - Anxious
Confident - Cocky
Quiet - Shy
Cooperative - Doesn't contradict anyone else even though the other person might get hurt from their misunderstanding
Open - Can be read like a book
Trusting - Naive
Has grit - Stubborn
Focused - Tunes everyone else out entirely
Smart - Know-it-all
Curious - Doesn't think before asking too many or not nice questions
Likes being alone - Misanthropic
Ambitious - Will get rid of everyone in their way to get to their goal
Thoughtful - Overthinks everything
Good memory - Remembers all the bad things too well/holds grudges and wants revenge for years until they get it
Good at dealing with other people - Manipulative
Good leader - Bossy
Honest - Blunt
Courageous - Fearless
Accepts that life won't always be easy - pessimistic
