So there's apparently a book written without the letter e in it at all. I'm not saying you should try that although you could if you want to. Here are some similar challenges that I think are easier. You can write a short story if you find it too hard.
Have a boy character but no using the word 'he'. Or the same with girls.
Every other sentence should have a synonym of the word 'confused'.
Every sentence should start with the letter 'a'.
Use the same word at least five times in the story and you can make it have different contexts every time.
Do not use the word 'said'.
