The meeting things

POV.....

Taehyung glanced up from his paperwork and then at the clock. He indeed lost the track of time. He quickly smoothed out his suit before replying to the secretary

"Let's go I hope the conference room is ready and all set"

In conference Room

Taehyung grew increasingly disappointed and unsatisfied by the employees presention it lacked professionalism and it wasn't detailed oriented which made taehyung fume in anger. He leaned back to his chair trying to hold back his raging 😡 self his jaw was clenched he crossed his arms over his chest looking dead in the eyes of employee.

By the end of the meeting taehyung was visibly annoyed It was clear that the employee haven't prepared for the meeting well and successfully wasted everyone's time in his lacklustre presentation. Taehyung has clutched his hands into fists under the table to keep his anger in check. As soon as the presentation ended taehyung got up from his chair. His eyes filled with irritation he walked towards the employee till he was at the suitable distance he was towering over the employee casting a shadow over them.

"This is the most unprofessional presentation I have ever heard Do you have any idea?" He spoke coldly

"Sir I did all work" employee stuttered

Taehyung's eyes narrowed at the employee's stuttering response. He wasn't buying it.

"All the work? Then why was your presentation so lacking in details and professionalism? Do you expect me to believe that you actually put in any effort?" Said taehyung coldly

"Boss trust me I did efforts for it" said employee

"Trust you? What reason do I have to trust you when your presentation was that terrible? You didn't address the key points and failed to provide necessary details." Taehyung let out a scoff, clearly not convinced.

"You are fired" said taehyung coldly

The employee's eyes widened in shock, clearly stunned by Taehyung's sudden decision. They couldn't believe that they were being fired just because of one presentation.

"B-But sir, please give me another chance! I promise I'll do better next time!" Said employee stuttering

"I already gave you many chances now pack your stuff and leave in 15 minutes" said taehyung snapping his fingers at him with furious gaze

The employee's face fell, realizing that there was no convincing Taehyung. They knew that protesting would be futile.

"A-Alright, sir. I'll pack up my things and leave." Said employee defeated

Taehyung nodded in satisfaction he was about to leave when the employee started to cry

"I will only support your child fee and few percentage of discount on your hospital bills earn yourself the rest" said taehyung coldly

The employee was speechless, feeling a mix of gratitude and confusion. They couldn't believe that Taehyung, who had just fired them, was still going to support their child and help with their hospital bills.

" Thank you boss" said employee

Taehyung nodded before saying

"Humm leave now"

They nodded silently and, with a heavy heart, grabbed the last of their belongings and slowly left the room, still in shock from the unexpected twist of events.

Taehyung's strict and demanding nature was both admired and disliked by his employees. He had a reputation of being a perfectionist, always expecting nothing but the best from his team. While many respected his dedication to work, others found it suffocating and felt suffocated by his high standards.
