"Hurry up Nahalia you taking all day for what?"
"please get out my face before you really piss me the fuck off" Nahalia groaned "I don't care you been getting ready going on 3 hours now we ain't even going no where for real" he said getting irritated
She ignored him getting up putting her shoes on looking in the mirror for the last time she had on light mom jeans a plain white shirt and a long yellow cardigan and low top rick owens. "I really don't like this outfit I'm finna change"
"Ivy please bro you blowing me"
"I was just playing crybaby let's go" she said rolling her eyes and walking out the room. Zamari walked in front of her she looked down at his outfit he had on some baggy light jeans with a plain white tee with his usual chains and watch on.
They got into Zamari car in silence "you mad at me?" Nahalia asked pouting "yes" he answered blankly "for what?" She asked even tho she clearly knew why
"You woke me up out my sleep to get ready just fa you to take 3 hours to get ready you should've just woke me up the last house of you getting ready bra" he said still aggravated and obviously sleepy
"I'm sorry .. how bout when we get back when can take a nap together?" She said trying to cheer him up a lil "okay mama" he said looking over at her "can I get a kiss pleaseeee" she said Zamari leaned over kissing her lips a couple times before paying attention to the ride again.
15 minutes later they pulled into Nahalias older brother to story modern family home.
"My back hurt your seats are uncomfortable" Nahalia said stretching "next time I'll drive my other car then he said kissing her forehead while they walked up to the door. "Look I grew them" Nahalia smiled pointing to the daffodils that were in the front.
"So you know how to grow shit for real?" He asked a lil shocked "yesssss I told you how much my mom and dad loved gardening i guess i inherited that trait" she said touching the plants she grew in the front of her brothers house.
Finally knocking on the door she was greeted with a 7 month pregnant Aubree "oh em geeeeeeee Aubree you getting so bigggg" Nahalia dragged excitedly hugging Aubree smiling hard as shit
"Your nephew been killing me girl" she said letting both of them in "awww you look so pretty tho" she said touching her hair and looking at belly "thank you boo and you look beautiful yourself and who is this young man?" She said finally paying attention to Zamari who was just walking behind Nahalia like a lost puppy dog.
"Oh this is my friend you know the one I was telling you about" she said giving her a look "ohhhh yeaaaa" she said catching the hint "well it's good to finally meet you ..?"
"Mari" he said "yes Mari it's finally nice to meet you since your all this lil girl talk about now" she said giving him a side hug he chuckled looking over at Nahalia who was rolling her eyes already knowing he was gone be getting a big head bout this information
"Okay where is my favorite little girl?" She said looking around not seeing Kobe or Ava "they in her play room come on" she said walking up the stairs .
Nahalia walked in the play room seeing Ava and Kobe playing Barbie's and walked behind Ava sneakily and stared tickling her "auntie Ivyyyyyy" she said smiling and laughing "hi stinkyyy pookssss" she said kissing all over her face "don't call me that I'm a big girl now right daddy" she said looking over at her dad "yes princess" he said agreeing to make her happy "okay big girl" Nahalia said chuckling "who is this?" Ava said mugging Zamari
"This is my friend say hi" she walked over to her dad and waved shyly "hi" "wassup pretty girl"
"What's your name?" She asked him "Zamari what's your name?" He asked back "Ava how do you know my tt?" She asked still trying to figure him out "i met her at a concert and we became really good friends" he said answering her questions"
"Mhm" she said just looking at him "I like you chains they look like my daddy's do you know my daddy?" She asked rambling "stop questioning my friend girl" Nahalia said picking her up and kissing her "wassup" Kobe said dabbing up Mari "wassup"
"So you the boy who got my lil sister cooped up inna house?" Mari chuckled "i guess so" he shrugged "tt can you jump on the trampoline with me please my mommy can't" she said pouting "ofc princess come on" she said walking out with her with Zamari on her back and Kobe with them talking behind her about random things
Ava giggled while Nahalia jumped making her jump far in the air
"So what you do for work?" Kobe asked Mari while they watched Ava and Nahalia giggle and play together while they sat in the back patio together. "Uhh got my own business" he said not trynna tell her brother that he one of the biggest drug dealers in the state.
"Oh frl what business?" He asked intrigued "i own a couple stores around here and i own about 3 clubs" he said "and what about your other business?" Obviously he already knew about the drug business but he was trying to get him to say it
He laughed "mhm you already know about that so it's nothing to tell" he said "well ieen giving you no cold shoulders you grown just keep my lil sister out that shit"
"I would never put her in my shit like that i promise"
"I believe you shi you the first nigga i ever met so you gotta be something to her frl" he said looking over at Ava who was laying on the trampoline trying to catch her breath "yea we only been talking for a couple weeks but i like her for real she something different for real" he said
"Mariiiii come get on come on" Nahalia said yelling he got up and got on with her and Ava Zamari pick Ava up and started jumping with her in his hands she started laughing hard.
15 minutes later Aubree came out "princess come in and eat a little snack baby" she said
"Okay mommy here i come" she said getting off the trampoline running to her mom and tripping over her foot making her fall face first. Kobe jumped up rushing to her. Her lip quivered and tears in her eyes and she started crying.
Kobe picked her up and walked her into the house. " it's okay baby let me see he said grabbing her knee. She continued to cry into his chest. He felt terrible he hated to see his baby girl cry.
After getting Ava together her mom put her in her room for a nap knowing it was past the time she was she supposed to be in the a hour ago. "We about to go Kobe" Nahalia said getting off the couch to hug her brother
"Okay I love you" he Saadi hugging her back "you a cool nigga Mari be safe wit my sister" he said dabbing him up. "Of course" he said "tell Bre i said bye and I love her i see today wore her out" she chuckled looking over at Aubre who was passed out right next to Kobe
They walked out and go into Mari car
