Destiny POV

I slowly open my eyes and the sun rays begin to hit my face. I groan and begin to sit up from my bed, I feel the chills of the air conditioning hit me. And that cause me to shiver a little. Ever since Michael fix my ac I have been great full every morning. I reach to the nightstand and grab my phone.

I see a couple of texts messages from Lvy, it's from 2 am. That pick my curiosity and I click on the messages to see.

Ummm I'm kinda drunk don't mind me

Butttt anyways, I went to the crow and met
Dark hair bartender guy

He is fineee asfffff, and him and I were talking
He is kinda funny but not as funny as me though

He gave me his number b!chhhh

My eyes went wide, Silas gave his number to Lvy. I can't wait to see how this go. I text her back saying I hope it goes well.

I get up from the bed and went to the mirror, I look at myself. I saw that my eyes were still red from the crying last night, but I feel much more relaxed. I look on the table to see my mother dairy along with her necklace.

I went to it and glide my fingers on the necklace gem, it sparkle in the sunlight. I bite my lip a little, and left the necklace.

I begin to place it on my neck, and I see that it hangs low. It was low enough that the gem was hitting my breast.  It was so beautiful, no wonder it was her favorite.

I place it back down and start walking to the kitchen. I spot the red covering on the table, Talia must have left it on accident. I pick it up and fold it and place it on the counter.

I open my fridge to see what's inside. I have a couple of frozen waffles and eggs left over. So I went to heat up 2 waffles and made myself scrambled eggs.

I place it on the table and start to eat. I was about to be finished with my first waffle then I hear the door knocked.

That cause me to stop eating and start walking to the door. I open to see Michael and in hand there was a bag. I raise a brow at him.

"Did you buy another gift?" He blink a little before speaking.

"No."

"Then what is it?" I continue to eye him until he speak again. But he didn't say anything, I sigh and move away from the door and he steps inside.

He begins to walk down the hall towards the bathroom. I follow him to see what's he's doing, when I did he was in the shower turning on the water and checking the pipes.

I couldn't help but check him out in the process. He has on a simply black shirt with black denim pants.

"Can you pass me the screwdriver." That cause me to zoom out.

"Y-yeah." I went to the bag and grab the screwdriver for him. I hand him it and he gets it from me, he then starts to unscrew on the faucet and look inside of the now open faucet.

He gets out of the shower. "Come with me." He said and he started walking out the bathroom to the backyard of the house. He went to the power switch box.

"What I need you to do is to start switching from this number to this one. I need to see if the water is cold because of switches or something else." I nod and he went back inside the house.
