I did not make this drawing! I saw it on Pinterest, and it matches Ev's suit and style perfectly. Throughout the series I will add photos with references to places or outfits, but I own none of it and all credit goes to the creators! Enjoy, - Naomi

Third POV

"This is the work out room," Mike told Ev as they entered a room that could be described as a gym rat's dream. Pretty much every exercise machine in the world was in that room. While Ev loved exercising as much as the next person, it was a lot.

"This place is amazing," Ev said in surprise as his eyes swept over the gym.

"This is what gets you? You didn't bat an eye at practically owning a stadium but a sweaty workout room?"

"I like what I like," Ev shrugged and continued to look.

"Whose office is that?" He asked and pointed to an office that was partially out of view.

"That's one of the three most important coaches' offices. This is the head coaches office, but I'll show you the rest of the offices and the coaches later. Do you need to get that?" Mike answered.

"Get what?"

"Your phone. It's been going off for a while, but I thought you were ignoring it," Ev's phone was in his hand and he glanced at the glowing screen. He was about to tell Mike it was fine, but it didn't register until then that his inbox was blowing up. He checked again and realized he was getting dozens of emails and texts all talking about an article. What article? Ev had thought as he scrolled to a message with a link to the apparently popular article. Giants Making a Comeback? All You Need to Know About New Stockholder, Everette Reid O'Brian and New Offensive Head Coach, Drew Jose García Cavero!

Ev stared at the name on his phone. He then blinked a couple times and rubbed his eyes to make sure it wasn't his imagination playing a cruel joke. But there it was. Ev's name beside his.

"Here comes one of them now! Green, let me introduce you to the newest addition to the team and the Offensive Head Coach, Andrew García Cavero!" Mike spoke but he didn't hear the words until a familiar voice broke through the fog that had clouded his mind.

"Ev?" Drew asked tentatively.

The two men studied each other for what felt like eternity to both, yet was only a few seconds in reality. He hasn't changed since high school. Drew thought as he observed Ev. Ev wore gray dress pants and a matching vest and jacket. He also wore a white long sleeve dress shirt and a black tie and shiny black shoes. He dressed nice but I could tell he didn't care about the clothes, and they just happened to be a perk of the job. While Drew did his assessment, Ev did one of his own. Drew was far less formal than him and he looked a lot more comfortable too. He wore dark jeans and a black muscle shirt with a silver chain and a matching stud in his right ear. His shoes were black and white Jordans. Just like his favorite pair from high school. At least some things haven't changed since then. Ev thought as Drew came closer.
