Operation Success.........sort of.

Jayden's POV
I blocked my WhatsApp and everything against her. Everything, I hope, would be okay. It was currently 8 am. I brushed my teeth, combed my hair, and put on my black tee and signature jacket. I went for a short bike ride to the park and started pedaling my bicycle around the park. Suddenly, I saw a beagle and a black coloured dog gamboling excitedly towards me and hopped into the basket on my bike. "Lily! Marley! Stop running puppies!" a familiar voice shouted. It was Squid. "Squid dearie, wait!" Nicole, Squid's girlfriend, squealed loudly.

"Hi Squid!" I shouted, waving to him happily. "Collect your dogs, man! They're chewing on my shoes!" "Hi Jayden. Happy Independence Day!" he chuckled, carrying the two mad dogs that eyes were twinkling merrily. "The MAC are having a picnic today. You might want to hang out with your gf." he said smilingly. "That's great!" I cheered, rushing over there immediately. "Hi everyone! Dad, you didn't tell me you were here!" I greeted, giving my dad a big hug. "Where's Meadow?" I asked. "That active, sporty girl is out on the field, playing football with Stamps and John." Sqaishey replied, a big grin on her face.

I sprinted to the little, grassy patch in an instant, watching them kick the ball around. "Hey Stampy, John, and Meadow! I didn't know you could play." "Calling her good is an understatement. It's 2 vs 1 and she's still winning 7-2 so far!" Stampy giggled, as they continued. "I'm siding on her team." I laughed, running around the field with them. In an instant, we won all 3 matches comfortably. "You are a sports nut." I laughed. "Don't know your girlfriend well enough?" she replied, smiling.

We sat down for lunch. I was happily chewing on my chicken sandwich. Then, Meadow and I went for a walk. "We've been dating for a month." "Yeah. It's been so long..." she replied, losing her train of thought. "I feel bored. Can I go to your house?" Meadow asked. "No problem." I responded, carrying her and sat her on the bicycle. I got on the front seat and pedaled quickly.

Meadow's POV
I got off the bicycle, only to see Jayley using arson to burn down Jayden's house. "Oh no!" I screamed, running into the house and grabbing the garden hose to put out the fire. I immediately called the fire brigade to come. I also called Dad and Mum to put out the fire. "Hey!!! Are you guys okay?" they asked. "Kinda." I replied. He(Jayden)just ran inside the scene and was gone. "No! Come back!" I shouted.

Sqaishey's POV
"Meadow! Don't go in there. Stampy, just stay here. The firefighters are coming. Everything will be fine." I assured, smiling a wan smile.

Inwardly, I wasn't so sure.

Meadow just stood there, crying. Finally, we coaxed her to finish up yesterday's homework, and she ran off. When she was out of earshot, Stampy asked,"Sqaishey! What if Jayden dies in the fire accident? Would Meadow be heartbroken? I'm really worried for our girl." "Stampy. Just grin and bear it. We'll.... just have to do it. Forcefully." I replied. I told him my idea. He was a little reluctant at first, but nodded.

My girl was growing up.

She had to suffer.

Lorraine's POV
After what happened yesterday, everything was back to normal, except that Jayden was hospitalized, and Meadow was looking subdued, not her cheerful self anymore. Suddenly, I bumped into my crush.

Caleb.

Wow.

"Er... H-Hi." I stuttered nervously. He looked at me curiously, then replied,"Hi. See you at class." Then he grinned at me and walked off. Oh, why did I always had to get so tongue-tied around him! He must have thought I was a complete fool. "My plan failed man!" John whined, strutting over to me. "Excusez-moi?" I asked in a terrible French accent. "Well, that unexpected meeting was me, The Love Doctor's doing. And I am terribly sorry that that plan failed miserably." he laughed and scooted off.

My annoying brother. He knew love!

But I knew he was helping me.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I'm having writer's block due to studying hard for my finals and not getting enough rest..... How annoying. Anyways, sorry this chapter was sooooo short. Bear with me! I'll be right back before you know it :)
