I sat in my room, my eyes fixing on the worksheet, but I just sat still, the incident playing back in my mind continuously. It was a nightmare. My mum came in, looking subdued and tired. "Meadow, remember the accident that happened 2 days ago?" she asked, looking a bit frail and shaky. "Yeah?" I replied. "Jayden has...passed away." she wept, hugging me as hard as she could.

I regretted telling Meadow this as she collapsed on the bed. "Stamps!" I shouted, as he sprinted to the room. "Meadow! Wake up!" he shouted. Luckily, she stirred. As I brought some ice water up to her, I whispered,"I regret telling her this. "Me too." he said quietly. "We did agree with Mel. There's no turning back now." I sighed.

'Kenzie's' POV
"Let go, Dad! I'm not Kenzie! And I don't wear big nerdy glasses and have hair so curly and messy like Stampy!" I grumbled gruffly. "It's for our own good. We are harassed. I know we have to move and get out of your girlfriend's life, but if we don't, we'll get killed by you know who." Dad replied, smiling a very weak smile. "Fine. I'll do it for your sake." I huffed angrily.

"That's my boy." he replied happily, and walked away. Man, I hated hiding from everyone.

I wonder whether she was okay.

Lorraine's POV
I walked at the café that I usually went to after school. After ordering tiramisu, I sat down at the table, opened my laptop, and went into my Wattpad account. I always loved to write for about 20 minutes before finishing up my homework. I went to finish typing my chapter where I left off yesterday. I pushed the 'Publish' button eagerly.

I went to check out my favourite writer's account, KylieAndKathy, which was going to become K&K very soon. Kylie, who was Meadow's bestie, owned this account with her friend Kathy, and I was following their story called 'Never Once In A Lifetime.' It was a Sqampy book about my dad and mum, and it had 6M reads, 8K votes, and 1M comments. They were entering it for the Wattys, a book competition.

Suddenly, I got a notification from an anonymous user. "Imma scare you!" it said. Suddenly, I heard the sound of a tiger growling. "Ahhhhhhh!" I screamed. It was Caleb. He stood up on the table. "I am a giant!" he shouted, attracting everyone's attention. "Caleb!" I laughed. "Get down from there!" He grabbed a rose, and pulled me up while singing a love song. I had to admit, he was a pretty good singer.

We danced all the way from the café to my house and along the way, there were people lined up on the side holding a sign with heart shapes on it. Once we got to my house, Caleb took off his school uniform. Under it was a shirt saying 'Will.' He took off that shirt, and the other one said 'You.' He kept doing that and the last two said, 'Be' and 'Mine.'

"So?" he asked embarrassedly. "Will you be mine?" as his cheeky little smile creased on his face. "No way! Are you cray cray?" I replied disbelievingly. Caleb looked disappointed as he walked away. "Just kidding!" I laughed and pounced on him.

Today was the best day ever.
