Nero: Someday, I'll be a great duelist!
Old man: Hm? The man looks up and sees a group of cloaked individuals. Nero, stop it!
Nero: Huh?
???: Excise me, sir. Can we ask you something?
???: We're looking for this person. The man holds up a picture of Jaden.
???: Seen him? The third one asked.
Old man: Who is he? A duelist?
???: He is.
Old man: Sorry. Your friend is, probably gone.
???: Hmm?
Old man: This place isn't safe for duelists anymore. Since the supreme king came.
???: But why?
Old man: Because, he captures them. Every last man, woman and child.
Nero: Oh yeah! Well if he tries to come after us, don't orry, he'll have to duel through me first! I'm not gonna let anything happen to you!
Old man: Nero! Shush, boy!
Nero: Why? I was just playing around.
[Fiends chuckling] Two Battle Footballer's appear.
Footballer: Did we just hear someone talk about dueling?
Old man: They...they hunt duelists for the king!
Footballer 2: Correct. And it looks like we might have found a couple! [Laughs]
Old man: Take me, but not the boy!
Jim: Actually...
Haru: You're dead wrong!
Axel: You're takin' no one!
Footballer: We'll see about that!
Jim, Haru & Axel: Bring it!
Meanwhile, at the Supreme King's Castle

Chaos Sorcerer: My master, we have updates.
Baou: The battle still rages on, sir.
Skullnight: Yes but soon, all this land will be yours!
Skilled Dark Magician: It is but a matter of time.
Skilled White Magician: Only one small village remains.
Skilled Dark Magician: And then all will be under your command...
All: All hail, the mighty, Supreme king!
[Footballer's wailing] The two were easily defeated.
Nero: Grandfather. They sent them to the stars.
Old man: Thanks for saving us.
Jim: No worries mate!
Axel: So what happens if you're captured?
Old man: It has been whispered, that you are herded up with thousands of other duelists. Then, you are marched into the tower where you are forced to duel the Supreme King.
Axel:.Who is this Supreme King?
Old man: He is the one who rules this world. And it is he who is behind the evil that transpires throughout this land.
