Three Months Later ~~~~~~~~~
*Ryan's POV*
Three months. That's how long it's been since I last talked to the gang. The guys who have always been around me since I first move here.
Today is also the day that mom and dad are getting back. I heard the door open and I bolted downstairs. I ran into my parents open arms and was engulfed in a huge hug.
"How were things while we were away Ryan?" Father asked.
"Eh, great." I lied.
"That's great sweetheart." Mother smiled at me.
The maids had already brought their suitcases to their room. The boys came downstairs and hugged my parents as well.
"Good to see you boys. We have lots of things planned for you." Father laughed.
The boys all groaned.
"And I have to go to America to visit my sick sister. You remember Jackie, right Ryan?" Mother turned to me.
I nodded my head.
"So you're leaving again? When? For how long?" I asked.
I really needed her advice for the first time ever and she's already leaving again.
"I'm leaving at 6 and I'll be back when she's better." She said.
"But it's 3 right now." I said in disbelief.
"Right, I should get packing. Good to see you." She kissed my forehead and ran up to her room.
Simon followed behind her. My life is a mess. I have no one to rant to, I lost my friends, and now I'm stuck with One Direction.
"Ugh!" I groaned out in frustration.
"Are you alright love?" Louis asked, his eyes full of concern.
"Just peachy." I muttered.
I went upstairs and decided to talk to Tristen. I grabbed my phone and searched for his name in my contacts. When I found it, I pressed the green button and put it against my ear. It beeped a few times before anyone picked up.
[T - Tristen/R - Ryan]
T - Hello? Ryan what's wrong?
R - Wow T, we haven't talked in months and you still care?
T - Well yea, I still think of you.......as my best friend.
R - Do you wanna meet up at Starbucks? To catch up and what not.
T - Of course. I'll see you in 20.
R - Alright T. See you in 20.
And with that, I hung up. I quick changed into black shorts, a red Neff t-shirt, red high top Osiris', and a red Neff beanie. I stuck my iPhone in my back pocket and shoved $40 in my pocket as well. I ran downstairs and grabbed my skateboard before I ran out the front door. I slapped my board onto the ground and rode down the street to Starbucks.
-------------------
When I finally got to Starbucks, Tristen was waiting for me outside. When he saw me, he dropped his board and ran towards me. I jumped off my board and ran to him as well. I expected a normal quick hug like usual, but to my surprise it was different.
He picked me up, arms around my waist, and spun me around. I couldn't help but laugh at how cheesy this probably looked. After he set me down, the most unexpected thing happened.
He kissed me. Like, right on the lips!
My best friend just kissed me.
I didn't respond as I was still in total shock. He pulled away when he noticed my unresponsiveness.
"Ryan I'm so sorry. I didn't me--" he began.
I cut him off by crashing my lips onto his, this time taking him by surprise. He quickly gained his composure as he kissed me back. His arms wrapped around my waist again, mine around his neck. He licked my bottom lip, trying to deepen the kiss. I couldn't help but break the kiss and cheekily grin at him.
"Tease." He laughed.
I quickly pecked his lips and removed myself from his grasp. I picked up by board, he did the same to his as well.
"So much for Starbucks." He laughed as we started walking away from the cafe.
"Seriously though." I laughed with him.
"Are you ready to talk to the rest of the gang?" He asked as he grabbed my hand, pulling me into the alley that was around the corner.
I furrowed my eyebrows together, completely confused. I looked further into the alley way and saw Aaron, Luke, and Jake. They all ran to me and buried me into a giant group hug.
"We missed you!" They all cheered.
"I missed you guys too." I smiled.
"How was it without us?" Luke asked, bumping my side with his hip.
"Terrible." I laughed. "Did you miss my game systems?" I lightly punched his arm.
"Yes! We need to buy PS3." Luke complained to Aaron.
"Why are you telling me?" Aaron raised his hands up.
"You guys need jobs." I laughed.
"Well we're working on it already." Jake said seriously.
"Seriously?" I raised an eyebrow.
I never thought these boys would ever want to work.
"Yea. Jake is gonna be an artist, of course. Aaron is gonna be an architect. Luke's gonna be a mechanic. And I'm gonna be a journalist." Tristen said.
"Wow you guy are really growing up." I said in disbelief.
They all nodded their heads.
"What are you gonna do besides boxing and MMA?" Aaron asked.
I had an idea in mind but I never told the guys. I wanted to be a singer. I never thought I'd make it so I slowly gave up.
"I wanna sing." I whispered with my head down.
"Really? I didn't know you can sing?" Tristen said, completely confused.
"I'm not the best." I shrugged my shoulders.
"Well it looks like you're gonna have to sing to us." Luke nudged my shoulder causing me to laugh.
"Then let's get to Ry's house." Aaron Jake cheered.
We all decided to go to Starbucks and get drinks because it was pretty warm outside. We walked back to my house because we didn't want to rush. I really missed hanging out with these guys.

*Tristen's POV*
By the time we got to Ryan's house, it was 6:12. It took us almost 3 hours to get here.
"Ryan." Simon called her once the front door was open.
"Yea." She said, walking into the living room.
We followed her and stood beside her. Papa Si and the boys were sitting on the couches.
"You didn't get a chance to say bye to your mother. She told me to tell you that she loves you." He told Ryan.
"Okay?" She said.
"Right. So I have to go to the studio with the boys in a few minutes. Will you guys be alright by yourselves for a couple hours?" He asked us.
We all nodded our heads.
"Good." He smiled.
