Before he can say anything else, you both burst into laughter, the cheesiness of the exchange making you both giggle uncontrollably. The laughter flows easily between you, filling the night with a joyful warmth.
In the midst of your laughter, Marc leans in closer, his eyes sparkling with affection.
“You know what?” he says, his voice softening.
“I think this moment deserves a kiss.”
You’re still smiling as he moves in, and you meet him halfway. The kiss is sweet and tender, a perfect blend of affection and the lingering humor of your earlier conversation. It’s a kiss that speaks of warmth, connection, and the playful love you share.
As you pull away, still smiling, Marc rests his forehead against yours. “Not too cheesy, I hope?”
You shake your head, eyes twinkling.
“Not at all. It’s perfect.”
