A/N: This is a part where the characters created by me are going to be introduced.

At home somewhere in SkyWing-MudWing territory with his parents, Clay and Peril, a young SkyWing-MudWing dragonet named Copper doesn't have anywhere else he'd rather be. He has ruby red scales, with brown and mahogany scales under his wings. Copper's under scales are an orangey brown color. He has a streamlined MudWing build, large wings, warm brown eyes, and a thick robust tail.

About a year ago, Glory and Deathbringer have been gifted with another dragonet, Nighttracer. The scales on her body change color, and she has a dark sheen on top of her scales, but her wings don't change color completely. She has a beautiful swirling pattern of color changing scales on her wings. Her tail doesn't change color, but she has colorful scales on the base of her tail, starting from rose-gold, pink, lilac, peacock blue, and silver, fading into darker colors like dark sapphire, turquoise, and dark purple, and then the rest of her tail is black. Nighttracer has silver-green eyes, the horns, snout, and tail of a RainWing. Her body has the build of a graceful NightWing.

Of the two, Windrider was the stealthier one, and more street smart. Starchaser was smart in a more observant way. She noticed the little things and she was great at comebacks, as well as predicting where her troublesome brother would pop out of next.

Being only half-RainWing, Daydreamer sometimes felt out of place in the rainforest. But her best friends, Starchaser, Windrider, Nighttracer, Cometsenser, and Cleverclaws, were always there to help her feel better. She longs to find out what kind of hybrid she is, and has a strong hatred of IceWings because of their arrogant, cold, and self-centered personalities.

On an island near the borders of the Kingdom of the Sea, an azul blue SeaWing dragonet was play-fighting with her best friend, a sapphire blue SeaWing dragonet. After she had her friend pinned face down in the sand and sitting on his back comfortably, she asked him, "Feel like giving up, Geyser?"

"Never, gonna happen, Clearsplash!" Geyser's voice was muffled by the sand.

He sprung up so suddenly, the azul blue dragonet was catapulted into the shallows of the sea with a high-pitched shriek. "I'll get you back, you great galumphing octopus!" Clearsplash poked her head out from under the water and dove straight into Geyser's wings, pinning him down as they landed.

"Should she really be that violent at this age?" a sky-blue SeaWing questioned.

"Only you would question that, you squid-brain," a dark royal-blue SeaWing replied while messing with him affectionately.

Cometsenser wandered absentmindedly through the trees, looking for something in particular. As a small red flower caught her eye, she picked it up and flew to her favorite clearing near the edge of the rainforest in excitement.

"Vortex!" she cried, barreling into her SkyWing friend.

"Hey, Comet," he replied, wrapping his large crimson wings around her.

They had met a few years ago when Cometsenser had been wandering around in the territory between the rainforest and base of the Claws of the Clouds mountains. That night had been particularly windy, especially for flying around the mountain peaks, and after being blown straight into a cliff, Vortex had crash-landed right near where Cometsenser was.

After that, whenever he could, Vortex would leave a small red flower near the edge of the rainforest and wait for Cometsenser in their favorite clearing. It was never more than a day's wait, and the two became very good friends.

She has indigo scales, with hints of darker purple and black scattered along her body, wings, and tail, making her appear as if she were black at first glance. Star-like silver scale patterns were under her wings, like all NightWings. Cometsenser has extra silver scales, like her mother, but on her tail. The silver scales on her tail look like comets streaking across the night sky.

Cleverclaws, much to his father's pride, lived up to his name. He was extremely clever, and loved reading, just like his father. Cleverclaws liked to practice tree gliding with his friends, Starchaser, Windrider, Nighttracer, and Daydreamer. Because his tail was strangely thin, extremely similar to a RainWing's, he was able to tree glide fairly well. He mainly liked to practice tree gliding so that he can rub it in his sister's face for fun. He has black scales with dark blue and silver scales along the edges of his wings.
