I lay on the bed with my head on Calium's stomach, Rein on mine, Kassie on his and Calium on Kassie's.

To put it short, we formed a square on the center of the bed. The platinum silver ring on my ring finger shined brightly.

"Seriously, where did you even get this? Don't tell me you guys stole this." Kassie immediately sat up, knocking Rein's head in the process.

"No! No, of course not!" Rein sat up and rubbed his back as comfort. "He didn't mean it that way, baby."

"I love it either way. But I only kiss gold rings." This seemed to have pushed them off. Calium sat up after carefully assisting my head to a pillow and looks at me quizzically.

"Excuse me for a sec." He leaves before I could even open my mouth in protest. I glanced at the other two who quickly averted their eyes.

"Is someone going to tell me what's going on or shall I find out by myself?" Rein blocks the door then Kassie pushes me back on the bed.

"Calium can't be disturbed right now, babe. He has something to do. How about we play uno until he gets back?" He pulls out a box of cards from the small cabinet beneath the toys they hid.

"Its not about sex right? Because if it is then I'm out." I was about to pull away when my body felt like jelly again.

"Hey, careful." Kassie was quick to catch me before I slump on the floor. "Are you ok? Mika, hey." My body felt a bit uncomfortable now.

"Yeah, maybe its because my heat cycle is near. I'll be fine after taking suppressants." They didn't seem convinced though.

"Should we, you know, take distance? Or are you ready for...that?" Oh. I said I wanted to wait for my next heat or the next full moon didn't I?

"I, um." Sweat was starting to form on my palm.

"I mean, we're not rushing or anything. It's just, I'm tired of being bottom everytime." Kassie's voice grew weaker at the last part and I immediately understood why.

"Oh." They both looked at me expectantly. "I guess? Uhm can we-can we, I mean I have something to tell you guys. It's about completing the mating process." A look of confusion flashed through their faces but I could see the tiny tint of trust within their eyes.

They trust me.

Fifteen minutes passed and Calium finally got back.

"Where did you go?" He didn't answer me and instead went to sit with us who made a circle, well triangle until Calium decided to join in, for discussion.

He sat between me and Kassie, facing Rein on the opposite side.

"What's going on?" The other two shrugged and pointed at me with their eyes. I released a deep breath once Calium eyes me questioningly.

"I-there's something you need to know about our kind. Rules, beliefs and how we live our life." All of them sat straight, facing me now.

"Let's talk about heats first. An omega experiences heat every month starting from the age of 11 to 12 years old. Submissive beta's get their heat around the same age but they're irregular, meaning, they don't get theirs monthly but on two, three, or four months at a cycle." They listened intently, nodding at every information they heard.

"Completely bonding with mates in our pack has its own rules. Mates who are not yet completely bonded are to stay in the pack house facility. It's like the second pack house but built with thick walls for mating seasons or just mating." They didn't look as bored as I've imagined so I just continued.

"It's been a rule in our pack that if we plan to complete the bond, you have to meet my family first. When my parents approves then we can complete the mating bond. However, it might take us a while as you can see...you're still patients of this hospital." Now, their brows furrowed in dissatisfaction.

"I don't want to wait!" Kassie shouts but quickly shuts up when Calium sent him a look.

"Just courting them, then. Sounds easy." Rein shrugs.

"Oh but for some cases, it just doesn't work that way. So as you know, our kind has been hiding when in human territory and that's because we're afraid of hunters finding out our identities. Those of our kind that gets caught also gets tortured. About ten years ago, a group of five teenage alpha wolves was abducted by these hunters. When they came back on the third day, we just got their body." I shivered when the image of what happened that day played into my mind.

"I-it shook us to the core. Five bodies were sent back to us in their corpse that couldn't even be identified as one. The-their flesh was torn, from their left hip unto their face. Eyes were completely white without any hint of life in them. Some of them had their tounges out while the other's were cut off. I-my fa-father was so shaken up that we had to hold him back from attacking recklessly on the enemies base. We already lost five lives, none of them are my relatives but still, they showed me how to love myself as an omega." As I finished, tears were already running down my cheeks.

I look at them and their expressions already told me something.

"Mika, were there some kind of branding on their body? Like an H?" Kassie diverts my attention from their faces.

"Ho-how do you know?" It can't be. It can't be right?

Kassie slumped roughly on the hard floor, along with Rein while Calium stood his ground.

"Mika, baby, I need you to listen carefully to me." Calium starts comforting me and that's when it clicked.

"No. No-no-no-no. No! It can't be! It can't be, right? TELL ME YOU DIDN'T DO IT!" Emotions started to burst from my heart as it shattered at their response.

"We're sorry, Mika. I'm sorry."
