"Wolf I heard you were promoted to Lieutenant"

"Yeah.. .Commander Williams decided it was time for me to take the reigns but do I even have what it takes Balti?" Wolf said with a worried look on his face. He was sitting on the beach side to watch the water flow in and out back to sea with the calm breeze of the night blowing over both of them. Balti rests her head on the shoulder of Wolf finding some nice comfort with a golden smile on her face.

He could tell that she was happy for him, however he was worried about it all. He knew that their relationship was going to go south if he stayed as lieutenant he would be so busy that he would have no chance of spending time with the person that he held dear.... but he couldn't tell her that in fear that she was going to dump him and dislike him... what a foolish choice that was to Wolf as the two interlock hands on the beach followed by a warm kiss.

A warm tender kiss that reminded him that everything was going to be ok...That no matter what happens they will be able to fight through it no matter what. However those days were gone replaced with the same scene in his mind of Baltimore kissing someone else that was not him, he wasn't one to get sad over things like this but it did truly feel like something dear had been ripped out of chest. 

"Thanks Balti for being here tonight", "Well you couldn't sleep you insomniac *Giggles*" That cheery smile and giggle that Wolf fell for a bundle of light in the presence of his darkness shined above him keeping his head above the water. The two were smiling at the flowing water on the ocean with their hands stretched forward like they were trying to touch the stars with their loving grips. 

Those days when he thought that maybe he could buy a nice bouquet of flowers, a nice box of chocolates along with an engagement ring. She was so cute to him something that he wanted to protect but after that betrayal he just couldn't look at her at all... not the same at all, there was no love that he felt in his heart for her with only a resentment for what she did but he tried not to think about it as the memory fades away as reality kicks back in.

He could see her approaching him with the rest of her team, it appears that she had be assigned squad leader of her own squad. Deep down he felt happy for her but other parts of him were wishing her nothing but the worst... was he always this spiteful? He thought to himself, she earned that position with lots of training and hard work. She earned it without him, even though he was there to train with her he knows that it was her that did it not him.

He tried to avoid eye contact to which AK could see what he was avoiding contact from, it was going to open up old wounds in him but she was not sure if she should intervene or not. Baltimore reached the two's position to see the battle wounds and exhaustion in the two but behind them were the Sakura girls who were in cuffs and looking down in shame. It was a shame that things came to this but push come to shove had decided the fate of their empire.

Baltimore could see all the different Sakura Girls at the back but she could tell that some were unaccounted for. However who she was looking for was the guy that was standing in front of her who looks at her indifferent from the rest, she gave a nervous smile to the guy in front of her but he didn't smile back. He only nodded to her, "Hey Wolf....Long time no see", "Yeah....Baltimore can you lead the rest of the girls back to the place you guys are going to take them?".

Already tossing her aside already? she thought to herself but the look in Wolf's eyes told her all she needed to know but it was something that she found hard to accept. His eyes were dead, she could remember seeing a time where they were a little bit brighter like there was some person behind there trying to look at the brighter things in life but with all those brighter things snuffed out.. only darkness remained.
