083 : THORNLESS ROSE

In my world full of thornless roses,
I was born full of thorns that results bruises.
I'm not ashamed, for it protected my petals
Yet they think those thorns aren't special.

They forced me to remove my thorns till I bleed,
They didn't stop no matter how I plead.
They have gone and succeed,
They turned me thornless, the one they need.

I had become thornless and no one's afraid
To hurt my petals or leave it bleed.
I was touched carelessly with so much greed,
Even if I try to fight, I won't be freed.

If I was a rose with thorns,
No one could have take turns.
If I had protected who I was as a thorned
rose,
I could've been someone with purpose.

Now as I and my petals withers, I thought
I'll carry the lifeless root, hopeless truth
That my thorns will never grow again,
Because they completely destroyed the life I wanted to gain.
