073 : WHEN TIME PASSES ME BY

When I was a kid, I wondered how to fly like a hero
Curiosity always gives me scars in my elbow.
I was innocent about the world's flaw,
And didn't think I might cry out of sorrow.

When I became teenager,
The childhood dream was to be prettier.
I wanted to learn cosmetics,
But was prohibited for it'll make me the society's gossips.

Why does it matter?
Do I have no reason to see myself prettier?
I moved on and list goals I want to be done
And again was forgotten for it's a little far and I might be hit by a car

I kept dreaming, desperately for I felt isolated
Hoping that one day I'll never be suffocated
Hope is still sparkling inside me
It never stops brighting, I don't think It'll be.

And when I became old, I felt empty,
Blankly looking at the teenagers freely.
Wondering what was lacking though I am wealthy,
And realized it was the dream I didn't have when I was healthy.

A dream I failed to know more,
Is the dream to be happy as a teenager.
Because I thought that one day they'll let me grow older,
With a happy memory as a minor.

Yet, I failed because I was prohibited of everything,
That a normal person should be experiencing.

💙 : It's okay to be strict, but don't overdo it as a parent. It's okay to follow rules, but think about what's good for yourself that'll never hurt others. Do whatever you wanna do while you're still healthy and strong because when you get older, you'll regret not experiencing this and that. Live your life to the fullest while you're still at it! ♡♡♡
